“I tried to place an order on line ...it would not work..I reached out to the company on several platforms..no reply no follow up...tried to support an Irish company..but unfortunately they have zero customer service”

“I bought their whey protein product. It states that it has both concentrate and isolate in it. I contacted the company to ask for the ratio and was told they couldn't release the information as it was explicitly sensitive to commercial reasons. For that reason I will not be purchasing again as it's clear they're charging a premium price for a basic product.”

“Horrific customer service. I would think twice before ordering from this company. I have contacted them via multiple media and received no response. I have still not received my order nor any response as to where might be. Is anybody actually working in customer care in this company?”

“Way too sweet and very artificial sweet taste of it. Not for me and after buying it I had to give it away, very disappointed as its expensive. Doesn't mix well at all in a smoothie so for I won't be buying it again. Wanted to support an Irish product, I suggest you sell small samples for people to buy as it's an expensive mistake if it doesn't work. Kind regards Claire”

“Probably worst customer service I ever experienced. Waiting for my proteins over 2 weeks now as kinetica peeps can’t get the right address, no matter that there is one provided on my profile on website and we’ll as the customer service people(Billy) Billy resent my order with the correct adress be was given and package managed to bounce back to them. I had to call courier companies and try to fetch my package myself as kinetica does not provide tracking info and as per dpd the adress kinetica provided was a mashup of my home address and new address… we’ll do e guys… now i can wait again. Hooray. All along zero apology, zero empathy. Will never use again, will never recommend, but will make sure to spread my negative experiences for both times you failed to deliver.”

“- It is impossible to mix it fully, %30 of the powder goes to waste even with warm liquids.(I tried 3 different type of shaker? - Taste alright but still they need to fix this clumps - I was thinking about returning the product but it would be time consuming”

“I bought a milkshake in a local shop, and it was revolting. So much so I couldn't finish the bottle. The shake was a vanilla one. The initial taste after sipping it was a bitter and sour - like gone off milk! Retaining a mouthful momentarily, the taste gradually improves from awful to tolerable enough to swallow, then the faintest hints of vanilla are left in your mouth. I double checked the date as I thought it was gone off! It wasn't. I shook the bottle like hell to see if mixing it would improve things. It didn't. I gave it a few more sips. Each one with the same awful taste. I threw it in the bin. I love vanilla, and like protein shakes. I've had a fair few in my time. This is without any doubt the worst I've ever tasted. I would never buy or recommend this product.”
