“Loved the trews I got waist a bit tight but was in Edinburgh for dental visit so it was easy to visit your premises get a waist size bigger. Thanks Ian McAusland”

“The flashes were dispatched on the same day on which they were ordered. The gold flashes were of the double type which makes them more substantial and match my Cornish Tartan Kilt better than other colours.”

“I ordered a sporran for my other half's Christmas, which he will use at our wedding. The item arrived much quicker than expected and is absolutely beautiful. The back of the sporran has the maker's details and the date which is a lovely touch. Very impressed with the product and service.”

“To get a pair of trousers to Madrid in time to be taken to Mexico for a wedding was a BIG ask (really not enough working days to do it), but YOU did it. Thanks a million. One very happy guy will be wearing his Tartan trews with his girlfriend in her stunning Spanish outfit at their friends wedding , hoping to impress the other guests!! Then the Trews go on to LA where again they will be worn to brighten up a celebration . Then onto Australia where I am sure they will be worn again many times . What a well traveled pair of Tartan Trews Thanks for your wonderful service.”

“Great kilt for the money. My made to measure kilt was nearly ten time as much and although it is pure wool it does not really look much better than your off the peg kilt which I bought for casual wear.”

“Kilts not despatched 'til I contacted KS to say overdue. There response: Delivery on time is an "upgrade" (but will waive extra charge Then KS said in stock items were you TG of stock. (They suggested I accept wrong tartan and/or wrong size) Then KScancelled legally binding contract because they did not want to meet their liabilities. Then items were delivered and I had to pay for goods again.”

Hi Richard, I can see that one of our team got in touch with you regarding your order to let you know that sadly a few of the items you had selected were unfortunately out of stock and offered alternatives. As none of the alternative options were suitable we refunded the order back to you in full. It does look as though there was a bit of an admin error in the customer service team as your items became available the very next day and were sent out to you by our warehouse team. On receipt of the goods we were thrilled to hear you were happy to keep the items and kindly agreed to pay for the order again. We do understand that this might not be the best first impression of us, as you've not ordered before but it seems the mistake was just due to simple human error and I do hope you'll think of us again in the future if you need any further accessories - Sam
