“Excellent service - phoned up to get measurement of Prince Charlie Jacket around the sleeves at the shoulder and across the shoulders as had tried a cheaper jacket through ebay but was far too tight and had to return. The girl in the office went away and phoned back within 1/2 hour with the dimensions from two sizes. Ordered it on 1 -2 day delivery and it was delivered in good packing the following day. Fitted nicely - quite large in the body for me but given my shoulder measurements its what I expected for an off the shelf item.”

“The sporran we ordered was great, good quality and we are very happy. However, the website was not clear that a belt/chain would come with the sporran so I ordered one. We ended up with two belt/chains! Please change your website to make it clearer that this product comes with a chain.”

We do say that the sporran is "Complete with a one size chain strap," but I can see why that might be confused for a piece of advice. I'll be speaking to the team about making that clearer on the website! In the meantime, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page where you can find instructions for generating a free returns label for the spare chain strap. ~Alyson

“Arrived on 12 december 2018, 16 days after my order. It seems you sent the goods to mail, but only leaves UK eleven days after?? All the goods arrived in good conditions (see my photos included). Thank you. JMartins”

Hi there Joaquim. Glad to hear your parcel has made it to you safely and in good condition. The postal service does get very hectic this time of year, especially during Black Friday weekend! It looks like it took longer than usual for Royal Mail to process your package which is why it took 11 days of transit between the parcel leaving our warehouse and leaving the UK. I the hat and scarf keeps you (or the recipient) warm! -Alyson
