“I have just recently received my 11th essentials kilt, packaged well and delivered promptly as always. I wear them everyday, they are comfortable and easy to maintain and for the price you cannot go wrong.”

“Importantly, the staff were friendly & very helpful to talk to. However, I had a number of problems placing the order (for 2 Kilt Society outfits): 1) there was a four week delay on the swatch order 2) the measuring packs did not contain tape measures 3) there was a glitch on the web order form which meant I couldn't order the jackets or waistcoats 4) there was no information on the tie or hose colour as depicted on the picture 5) the tartan on the photo was not available as cufflinks 6) I was not able to amend the order - so I had to do so by a separate email 7) I was not able to apply the measuring pack discount code These are all small issues, but all together, they did mean that placing this expensive order was very stressful & time-consuming.”

“They offer excellent products at a fair price and communication is excellent. The kilt I got, in Isle of Skye tartan, was 5*. The jacket I later ordered was bit too big but the waistcoat was fine. I had to return them both however as it wasn't possible to 'mix & match' to get a combination that suited my build. Otherwise very good and I will use them again.”

Hey Andrew, so pleased you had the Isle of Skye tartan made up, it's one of my favourites and will always draw fantastic compliments. It's a shame the jacket didn't quite fit. We do have a made to order option to ensure a great fit, or if you want something made in the UK Give me a shout if you want to explore that option ~Rachel
