“Excellent selection and well priced goods available for purchase. My order was despatched as stated to my brother in law in Portsmouth as promised and was duly delivered accordingly. Excellent tracking facility. Will certainly recommend Kilt Society for purchase of Kilt wear and accessories”

“The company were efficient with the order I placed with them. The kilt belt I bought left an awful lot to be desired. The quality was absolute rubbish. I could have bought a better quality belt from some other suppliers for half the price.”

Hey David, Thanks for taking the time to let us know. It's a real shame that the belt didn't' match expectations. As a custom made in Scotland belt this should be a high quality item. We're really proud of this range so I'm inclined to say this may be the wrong item sent to you. Please can you return this to us and I'll look at it for you. I'll email you across the return details. “I tried before to order a Black Watch waistcoat but it was too small and you did not have any bigger sizes in stock . Rachel , the lady I was dealing with/speaking to said she would let me know if the waistcoats came back in , can I just say she was excellent , very helpful in every way , a great person to have on the other end of the phone . I received an e-mail the other day saying you had them back in stock . I phoned up , spoke to Rachel who again was very very helpful . I ordered the waistcoat and had it delivered 2 days later , that is what I call a great service”

“The kilt pin I ordered was as advertised and arrived in good time. I was kept informed of order progress. I would've liked a presentation box for pin as was a special gift but didn't see option to add that at checkout.”

“I was looking to order a good priced kilt for my young son and stumbled across the Kilt Society website after a few searches. I called up and the lady I spoke to was most helpful and reassured me that careful measuring of my child as requested on the website order page would result in the kilt being made to the right size. Waiting time was 3 - 4 weeks. After 3 weeks I rang to check all was well and sure enough, the kilt was to be ready very shortly. it arrived that week and I had opted to collect in store which I duly did last Friday - all ready for immediate collection, no hassle. I had ordered 2 pairs of socks too. Everything was brilliant, the kilt is nicely made and fits exactly as I expected and a hem had been included as per my special request. We are delighted with the service, the price and the quality of the goods provided by the Kilt Society, thank you very much and would recommend you to others. We'll be back for more when he's grown out of this one!”
