“Ordered two custom made waistcoats for brother and me. An initial mix-up with one of the swatches was sorted out with a 'phone call and correct sample sent. By that time the "Custom Made" option had disappeared from the website. Another 'phone call to query this explained that there were so many orders to "catch up with" that the custom option had to be temporarily withdrawn but was instantly reassured that as I had already made the initial enquiry weeks before I would still be able to order in my chosen tartan with an expected 7 to 9 weeks delivery time. Further calls to query getting the sizes correct followed by emails to answer more of my questions and make the final order on 11 March. Sarah (the person who answered most of my calls) made sure that the initial cost of the swatches was subtracted from the final order cost as well as the 10% discount because this was my first order. An email on 9 May (8 weeks after order and payment) informed me the order had been shipped. This email had a "View your order" button which led to a Royal Mail tracking number. The package was delivered on 11 May but to my home address rather than the address I had arranged with Sarah. Some confusion arose from this but was sorted out with a call to Royal Mail and an apology from one of the ladies at Kilt Society. Brother and I both very pleased with the waistcoats. The measurements I gave were noted as taken "snug" but the finished fit allows some "expansion room". The garment finish is great and just what we hoped for. There were some hiccups along the way from first enquiry to delivery but these were dealt with in a competent and friendly manner with a simple 'phone call or email. My various questions were answered in a way that made me feel that my order mattered to the people at Kilt Society so I am glad I chose to place it with them. Good communication, good product, good price. Very happy! Thank you to all at The Kilt society.”

“I've bought a number of budget kilts (less than £100) in the past but this one from the guys at Kilt Society is by far the best quality yet. Once I've convinced my wife that I deserve nice thinks I'm going after the Persever Blue and the Persever Grey.”
