“The sporran we ordered was great, good quality and we are very happy. However, the website was not clear that a belt/chain would come with the sporran so I ordered one. We ended up with two belt/chains! Please change your website to make it clearer that this product comes with a chain.”

We do say that the sporran is "Complete with a one size chain strap," but I can see why that might be confused for a piece of advice. I'll be speaking to the team about making that clearer on the website! In the meantime, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page where you can find instructions for generating a free returns label for the spare chain strap. ~Alyson

“Arrived on 12 december 2018, 16 days after my order. It seems you sent the goods to mail, but only leaves UK eleven days after?? All the goods arrived in good conditions (see my photos included). Thank you. JMartins”

Hi there Joaquim. Glad to hear your parcel has made it to you safely and in good condition. The postal service does get very hectic this time of year, especially during Black Friday weekend! It looks like it took longer than usual for Royal Mail to process your package which is why it took 11 days of transit between the parcel leaving our warehouse and leaving the UK. I the hat and scarf keeps you (or the recipient) warm! -Alyson

“Arrived swiftly and well packaged, clearly labelled -actually, too well labelled. It's got "Kilt Society" all over the packaging so if you're trying to get a sneaky present and keep it quiet don't let the recipient see the parcel.”

“Brilliant business; excellent customer relations, very helpful. Superb products, jacket is well made and a really good fit; was delayed because the material was being made but well worth waiting for (and I was notified as soon as the delay was known and given the option to change my order - which I didn't take). Every thing I've had from them I've been highly satisfied with!”

“My wife bought me a Hamilton Grey essential kilt to use as a casual kilt. She ordered it on a Friday it was delivered on the Tuesday, three days after placing the order. When it arrived I was amazed by the quality of the kilt for the price. It is of a very high standard and I am very pleased with it. Will definitely use Kilt Society again for other products.”
