“quick processing of order and everything as described litch was in order to get enough of the larger size buttons a neede to order a surplus of th e smaller ones no real prob just a thought”

“Great quality item, at a very good price. We visited the warehouse in error, but the guys were extremely helpful and friendly throughout. The company is very close knit, with a really nice 'family' vibe, which was evident in our dealings with them. Can't recommend them enough!”

“The only complaint I would make is that I had paid for a fast track delivery only to find that my goods were laid up in a Manchester depot for 48 hours they arrived at Manchester at 0745 on sat morning and I got them 12.30 on the Monday and only an hour away from my location if I had know I could collected the myself otherwise good”

“My Anderson Tartan neck tie arrived in good time considering the order went through between Christmas and New Year. I am away from home at present but my wife assures me it is very good quality and I should be happy with my purchase when I do get home.”

“I bought a sporran that came with a chain belt. The belt indicated on the website had a stainless loop to keep the loose end of the belt from flapping around. The one that arrived did not have this loop. I emailed to tell KS about this but all they did after I sent them a photo was to respond that they would amend the listing on their website. They apologised for the confusion that this belt didn't come with that loop and suggested I buy one from them that 'should' have the loop. That was another £18 I am not going to spend with KS. There really was no attempt to put things right, which is dissapointing.”

“The trousers are great but I do not like the crunchy waistband stiffener. It feels as if there is wax paper inside; makes the trousers seem cheap. Can this be replaced please?”
