“Speed of delivery is good, and kilt quality is excellent at the price. The only improvement to me would be an option of shorter kilt length. As a person who wears the kilt daily, a shorter length option would be appreciated.”

Hi Murray, We are so pleased to hear you have managed to alter the trews to fit you comfortably now. Trews are sizes a little differently to regular trousers as they do sit around the fullest part of your tummy so your trews size is usually bigger than your normal trouser waist. “Hi this is the second time I've ordered a Kilt world the waist size is 34 36 and it doesn't fit at 34 I'm like an inch too big like a 36 38 I will now just order custom made Kilt so that I can get the exact waist size the Kilt are made made very well that are the popular Kilt which of the 8 yard I think um the only thing I just apply again is that the waist is not a 34 36 it's more like 8 3536 I didn't receive my jacket and vest that I ordered it is made very well the tailoring is incredible it fits very very very nicely a very satisfied customer Maurice Riley”

“I misunderstood ordering process which meant the present was not here in time for birthday. When I asked why when I had paid for next day delivery I was told the item was made to order. However on arrival in a pre packaged plastic package I doubt that. Not convinced by honesty.”

“Feel the scarf is a bit too short, I should have checked the dimensions a bit more closely but I'm a normal sized guy and I can't double it around my neck very easily. Easily the shortest scarf I have ever bought - feels like childrens size!”

“Although my waistcoat was very well made it was completely the wrong size. I sent accurate measurements but when I received the garment it was far too large. As it only arrived the day before my function I had to adjust it myself (taking it in by several inches). Not what I expected from a supposedly ''made to measure" garment costing £140. Disappointing.”

“Website was easy to use, and delivery was on time. Only issue is that there seems to be alack of kilts with a bigger drop, for somebody of my height I would ideally want a drop of 24" or 25" but had to settle for the standard 23" which is a wee bit too short.”

All our budget kilts have a set length of 24" but our custom kilts are available in a much wider range of lengths. If you feel your kilt is just not suitable you are welcome to send this back to us for an exchnage or a refund. ~ Sam

“To be fair, it is one of the cheapest sporrans you stock. It looks fine, but the closure popper is very, very difficult to close. We expect it will loosen with use. On the other hand the delivery was extremely fast!”

“The scarf is very pretty. Upset that its made in China, more animals to be slaughtered for their ivory and horns. A bit thinner than I would have liked and as a cyclist I like to wrap a scarf around my neck. Your scarf is just a little short for that as having wrapped the scarf around my neck the ends aren't long enough to tie.A conventional tie is not sufficient protection against the elements.Although it just reaches there is not enough length to tuck down into a jumper either. I would have liked it at least a foot longer. But it was not very much money was it.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your feedback. We have quite strict company policies on working with by products only. Any time we've felt there was an issue with ethically selling products we've decided against selling them. For example seal skin sporrans. should we have any concerns about the origin of our scarves we would reconsider their production. The scarves are a traditional length but perhaps shorter than those now found on the hight street. We will look at alternatives in the future as the clan scarves are popular but so are the longer length scarves. A combination of the two may be a welcome addition to our range.
