“Brilliant item and very happy with the quality. Only thing was I ordered it with delivery date for following day and was ordered in enough time. But came a day later so had to start weaning my son a day later.”

“The item description was unfortunately incorrect, advertising items as machine washable that aren’t. This is a really important factor when purchasing for little ones so I wouldn’t have purchased the item had the information been correct. The item price was also adjusted (reduced) 5 days after purchasing and was not listed as on offer or in sale. The customer service team were quick to bluntly point out they are well within their rights to adjust prices permanently at any point and have completely overlooked how their pricing strategy is viewed from a customer perspective. Overall, an all around poor shopping experience at Small Start.”

“Excellent unit my daughter plays really well with it, it was easy to put together (still took me two hours though) but the instruction manual is hard to follow because the pictures aren’t zoomed into the pieces so hard to tell with certain directions… not a deal breaker but I’d recommend they really review the instructions and take some tips from ikea. Otherwise lovely strong unit and has been able to handle my daughters tantrums when she yanked open the cupboard doors!”
