“We ordered a kitchen for our 3 year old grandson and I know he is going to love it. I wanted to congratulate you on having really clear, well labeled instructions and parts! It did take a couple of hours to put together, but I would have expected that as lots of detail and parts, however, the process was super easy! Looks great made up!!”

“Such a beautiful item but the experience was let down by the packaging - my parcel was ripped when it arrived (possibly the fault of the delivery company) and I had expected my item to be wrapped in tissue and perhaps a card with the retailers name on, as many retailers do with quality items usually bought as gifts. I didn't get any of that, just the soft toy inside a ripped envelope. The item I bought was lovely though.”

“My daughter has Autism and will only wear the exact same pair of Lelli Kelly school shoes. Thankfully I managed to find them stocked with Small Smart and at a discounted price too! Delivery was fast and within their timescale, customer service responded to my query regarding returns within a couple of hours (out of standard hours too!) You do have to pay for the return postage yourselves but isn’t a huge problem. I returned and reordered half a size bigger without any issues. Will definitely purchase from again.”

“I never leave reviews but just have to say I’m so happy with this website. The colours of baby cups and plates are stunning, we’ll be ordering as soon as our little one is old enough. We have the 2-1 high chair for our newborn and we couldn’t be happier. It means he can sit up at the table with us which he loves as he is very alert. The height is very adjustable and we can choose whether he is lying down or sitting up (his neck is very strong for 2mo!) We had another high chair for later when he starts eating but actually this one is going to do us as the table that comes with it is very sturdy and a good size. I hadn’t ordered from this site before so wasn’t sure and the chair was a ridiculously good price so we didn’t know what we’d be getting! But I’m so happy I found it. Excellent delivery too, arrived next day!”

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment you have experienced with our service. As discussed during our phone conversation, your order was placed on August 7th at 21:56, which was past our same-day dispatch cut-off time of 13:30. Consequently, your order was dispatched on August 8th and delivered on August 9th. Despite our explanation, you still insisted that the parcel should have been delivered on August 8th. In an effort to address your concerns, we refunded the next-day delivery fee, even though we processed your order within the time frame. Regrettably, it appears that you remain dissatisfied with our service. We deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. However, we remain committed to providing excellent service to all our valued customers and will continue to strive for improvement. Thank you for your understanding
