“I ordered this for my sons birthday which is tommorrow the 19th of March, we didn’t open it until tonight assuming it would be ok but in fact a part is damaged, I told my partner to still build it up as it’s a bit late now to tell me 3 year old son there’s no birthday present. I was hoping that the damaged piece of wood wouldn’t be visible but in fact it is. How do I talk to someone about this? I can also send a picture to show exactly where I mean.”

“The kitchen we bought was exceptional quality and having bought it on sale it was a really good value for money. The cutomer service was faultless and the item was delivered in a matter of a couple of day (far quicker than we’d have expected). The only thing I’d mention was the fact that when delivered, the item was simply left on out front step (clearly we didn’t hear the knock on the door as we were home all day), but there was no note put through our letter box informing us that the parcel has been left outside. So we found it by accident when walking the dog in the evening and it’d rained in the meantime. Luckily the parcel wasn’t damaged. It’s probably something that should be brought up with the delivery company. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.”

“The OXO high chair is an excellent product. It would have been helpful to have been informed of the day of delivery rather than the van just turning up with that box. I could easily have been out.”
