“Granddaughters Christmas present arrived damaged, replacement arrived very quickly but was also damaged. It was a main piece so I asked for another one but they were out of stock (this was a spare lying around the warehouse) They offered me £5 refund on a £100 kitchen so I said I'd wait for a new bit. 3 months later, still waiting...”

“I bought a teepee for my granddaughter for Christmas but my son wanted to return it as it was square and they wanted a round teepee. He wa advised he couldn’t return it because he had thrown away the original packaging - which was just a brown box with nothing special on it. Nevertheless, he was told he couldn’t return the item. I won’t buy any other item from you and therefore please remove my details and stop sending me emails.”
