“Fab customer service, unfortunately a couple of parts were damaged on delivery, the customer service team replied really quickly, even over the weekend. The replacement parts were sent out to me with no issue within a few days. The play kitchen is lovely quality, really happy with my order. Would highly recommend small smart.”

“Hi I’m Isla and I’m going to be 4 very soon. Apparently my Granny has bought me a lovely Grey and White wooden kitchen for my Birthday. However I’m not allowed to see it until the BIG DAY so will have to leave my review until then. Granny however is very pleased with the service she received from Small Smart and the delivery was very quick and arrived exactly when it was supposed to do, so 10 out of 10 for that. Granny is hoping I’m going to be very pleased with my new kitchen and says she is very envious as she would like a new kitchen also! Bye for now and I will let you know what I think of my kitchen once my birthday arrives. Love Isla ( nearly 4)”

“I wasn't overly happy with the quality of the product I recieved, it's not glued together in certain places and is quite rickety. Luckily my husband is an engineer and had the ability to stabilise and fix it otherwise I'd of sent it back. Lovely idea but quality could be better for the money.”

“Product is of high quality and has many gadgets kids cam play with, like sounding water dispenser and cooking tools. However assembly instructions are very poor and hard to understand with some very hard to understand and 1 of them giving wrong instructions. Ikea instructions are much clearer. UPS delivery exceeding poor to nonsense. UPS tracker gave false delivery updates, delivery attempts statedwhen not attempted. Had to call to resolve issue direct with UPS delivery was late therefore. Please use alternative delivery service.”
