The offers are not available that they advertise. Then even when you cancel they steal money from your account, be one rude when challenged about it and then only they will they cancel it for you but won’t refund anyone money. All reviews on there web page are 5* so they have obviously hand picked those. Avoid avoid

They still took money from my account even after I cancelled. I sent them screenshot of cancelling and they still wouldn’t refund. Thankfully I noticed after one month. Internet is full of five star fake reviews or zero/one star reviews. They won’t refund anyone, they operate on their own terms away from their own t&cs. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY OR TIME. If you have already used them be sure to cancel with your bank because they will sneak money from your account

Terrible customer service. Payments were taken after I cancelled. No refund given even though I had an email. Can’t cancel On the app. Most discounts they offer are available for free on other sites anyway! AVOID

Really poor service. Avoid this company. I did not use them beyond the trial period and now 2 years worth of payments have been taken as they do not remind you when your subscription is due. They rely on small print when you first sign up that they will continue to take money until you cancel. The app does not have a cancel button either. The offers, apart from cinema vouchers are also poor.

Absolutely awful. My membership expired 9/19. This shower of poop took the membership renewal payment, and also one last week. Refusing to refund me. Avoid at ALL costs. Court papers completed!! I won’t give in.

Used the pass successfully once in 12 months on cinema tickets! I’ve saved £6.26 - they’ve gained £60 from me. Absolutely shocking. I’m embarrassed that I fell for this.

Had some great savings but app is not good when you go to try to book tickets it often covers the pages you are trying to use with an annoying orange/yellow screen which is really irritating listening to my partner trying to book tickets is enough to raise my stress levels!!! Surprised he hasn't lobbed the phone out of the window yet!!! Please fix this app glitch been trying to book tickets for 20 minutes now!!!!

disgraceful customer service, used the referal link to book Alton towers tickets, made the payment to get an error message to say there was a problem with the transaction, however the payment went through twice but didnt recieve any tickets, messaged kidspass who basically said it wasnt their problem, so here i am £500+ down with no tickets and no one to help....AVOID AVOID AVOID

just taken 40.00 from my account unauthorised. Poor customer service will not allow me to esculate the complaint. Not available by phone only email. Do not give this company your bank details

Money was taken from my account for a yearly subscription, when I usually pay monthly. There customer service was absolutely appalling and I advise you to not use their services.

Stay Away! Bad customer service with horrible billing practices! First of all, I was not at all impressed by the locations that are available through Kid Pass. The locations they do have available are all bottom of the barrel with really bad services and reviews. You wouldn't want to go there to begin with. I signed up for painting class for my daughter through Kid Pass. During the class they just handed me a paper and provide a paint brush set and asked my daughter to draw on her own. I could have done the same at home. Second think I didn't like about Kid Pass is how horrible their customer service is. They just don't care about taking care of their customers. Also, the have predatory billing service that auto renews and is almost impossible to cancel out. Dealing with the customer service was a nightmare. I had to resort to credit card charge backs. Stay away!!

Massive waste of money. You can find much cheaper deals elsewhere and once the have your details will continue to charge you even after you request cancellation. Really really poor customer service. Do everything you can to avoid having any dealings with this company.

Got this app around 3 months ago, don’t usually write review but this is so good and I’ve used it so much I though I’d let others know. So far I’ve had loads of cinema visits, trampoline park with our 9 year old, theme parks and go karting and other days out with the fam. I’ve saved so much money, it’s great value. I’d recommend it for anyone who is always looking for something to do.... deals of the week have some absolute winners. Love it ☝️

DO NOT USE I decided to trial kidspass on the £1 deal. As i do with all my trial offers, i signed up and logged into my account to cancel straight away. Kidspass make this cancellation process very misleading, each time you click OK to cancel another offer page will appear, click cancel again and more confusing information will appear....As far as i knew after going through about 4 pages i had eventually cancelled my subscription. But low n behold a payment of £39 has been taken from my account, and apparently no cancellation was made! Now i know i went through the process, but due to the misleading cancellation process this mustnt have registered, so BEWARE. Customer service is terrible, The money is only pending , but they refuse to refund. And the subscription offers me no value...PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF
