Zero stars. Terrible company and awful customer service. No email or reminder that the one off subscription will be renewed and no refund when requested and appealed. Auto-renewal hidden in the t&sc when signing up, and absolutely disgusting attitude from customer service. Discounts are not even worth it once the admin fee is taken off. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Woefully bad app and customer service and also be very very wary of signing up to anything as it appears next to impossible to cancel I'm told. Main problem is there is no manned phone-in despite that being the point of contact information being given. Emails can be ignored. TRUST ME you do not want to find yourself experiencing any kind of issue with people as they will NOT help. Hard lesson learned, but I won't give up until I have my money back

Very happy with the Kids Pass app and have been using it a lot for the past couple of years. It helped me save a lot of money. Definitely recommend to all the families with kids

It is a scam app. After free trial I have contacted them numerous times to cancel but for last 6 months still have taken the £3.99. they keep saying to do it on app but there is no option. It doesn't show on my banks direct debits either for straight forward cancel

The discounts available on the app are nothing but what is available on Google. What is most concerning is that a few free museum tickets are accessible on their official websites, but on Kids Pass, you will be charged; for instance, the National Galle offers Free Tickets, and Kids Pass will divert you to a website that sells them for £17 per person as discounted—waste of time and money.

Discusting service. I as many others have shared, was auto renewed without my permission. No email was sent before hand like most companies do to remind of this. When I emailed I was told tough luck and I have to pay for the full year. Terrible company.

Signed up for a free trial. Quickly realised there were no real savings to be had with the exception of discounted odeon tickets. Tried to cancel but the link they say to use does not excest. I have already paid one months membership and about to pay another. I will be contacting my bank to put a stop to the payments. Avoid.

It’s very close to a scam when you don’t send email or reminder for my subscription and the price increases. I ended up paying more than 1 year of fee when I don’t even need the service and unaware of the auto renewal. A MONTH LATER ....... I have cancelled my subcriptions, received an email with cancellation confirmation then TO BE CHARGED £3.99 AGAIN THE NEXT MONTH!! WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND MY TIME /MONEY TO SORT OUT THEIR MISTAKE? IT IS NOT EASY TO CANCEL YOUR SUCSCRIPTION, SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGNED UP.

I recently purchased a family ticket to Drayton Manor through KidsPass as a Christmas gift, shortly before our home unfortunately experienced major flood damage. Despite explaining this additional hardship and pursuing a refund, KidsPass refuses to provide any compensation for the practically unusable tickets. When we visited Drayton Manor on December 21st – one of the only chances we had to get away from the disaster recovery at our house – most rides and attractions were closed or not operating. Between the flooding disruption at home and disappointing experience at the park, I am simply trying to recoup costs where I can to restore some holiday spirit after a terrible December. However, KidsPass has been astonishingly unaccommodating. I was unable to find a returns or refund policy on their website – if one exists, it is not communicated properly before purchases are made. As this was a gift purchase and the experience was far below expectations due to no fault of my own, I rightfully requested a refund which has been denied outright. The customer service has been abysmal – generic response to my first email, with no reply to the follow-up email, and no phone contact available. I am shocked at the complete lack of consideration for my family’s exceptionally difficult holiday situation. I caution anyone else planning to purchase KidsPass packages to understand their non-existent refund policies. Based on my terrible refund refusal experience after a flooding emergency and disappointing trip, I cannot in good faith recommend this company to other families. I plan to continue pursuing fair compensation, but hope this review steers other consumers away as well.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I have spent months trying to cancel - and when I finally got onto the staff I have been given the absolute runaround. I am literally shocked at how awful the service is and how they intentionally make it impossible to cancel so you keep paying month after month. And its not done via direct debit either so you cant just cancel your DD: they take the money directly out of your account each month. A terrible company that I never made a single saving with. The telephone number is a fake, and the website is full of glitches to make it impossible to cancel... AVOID!! (Oh yeah, I think Ive said that a few times already!) I would have given them minus stars if I could have

I wish to end my membership with Kidspass. I have tried endless amounts of times to look through website once I’ve logged on, trying to find the section they say I need to go to in order to cancel. I cannot cancel. I’ve have asked others to go onto my account to try, they also have no luck. I have emailed and explained all of this to Kidspass and sent screen shots of what I see on my account page and explained there is nothing I can click on to cancel. I have received an email back today from someone called Niamh who has basically cut and pasted a long email referring to their terms and conditions about not refunding and that in order for me to cancel I need to do all the things I have already tried to do and not been able to do. So what’s next? Can they take another amount from my bank in November when I’ve emailed them asking them to cancel my membership because I no longer want it?! I can’t speak to anyone because when you call their number on their website, all that happens is an automated message plays saying all you can do is email them or msg on their Facebook page?!! It’s shocking and I need to know how to take this further. I’m not one to be messed with. If anyone reads this and can help I’d appreciate it very much.

Ends up costing a small fortune because they refuse to stop taking money. I cancelled the subscription, I have provided proof of said cancellation, yet several payments of £3.99 have gone out of my account. All non-refundable according to them. I will be contacting the bank

I saved £1.57 with a £1 trail after the Tralee payments kept exiting my bank and the app had no cancellation options, their is a helpline that doesn’t answer, so after extortionate payments I finally found an option to cancel the subscription (this has to be done through desktop version of their website) even if you inform them in an email they will not accept it as a cancellation request. They refused to consider a refund and said they followed all their policy’s which seem to be scam like in nature. I wish I had never bothered and now I’m trying to warn others about starting a subscription or signing up to a “win” of so many free months. Be warned.

BEWARE - as everyone says below Kids Pass is a complete scam. The positive reviews below are written by Kids Pass staff themselves as they all follow the same ‘money saving’ narrative, yet the tickets are cheaper to buy directly. We got caught by the auto renewal scam too. Customer service is non existent, they are comparative from the start. Their business model is basically to try and take as much money from people as possible and hope they don’t claim it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
