I used my Kids Pass to get a discount on a meal and cinema yesterday – saved over £20!

Really good offers, took a £1 trial as was dubious about what was on there. They have all the major cinema chains and theme parks, so very happy!

I signed up for the £1 trial. I cancelled at 10.33am the day before my trial was up. I even received an email to say my cancellation had been processed and no further payment would be taken. 2 says later they took £39.99 out of my bank! I complained by email and they said you have to cancel before 5pm the day before. (which I did). They said if I wanted to take the complaint further I need to do so in writing. I will be doing this but I doubt it will get me anywhere. Absolute joke of a company. Now I'm worried I will not be able to cancel before it goes out again next year! Stay away from this company. I thought I would give it a go for a £1 trial but I wished I hadn't. I haven't even used the app. It doesn't seem to save you any money anyway.

I went for the £1 trial. Took an hour and half drive to trentham monkey forest just to be told they dont accept kids pass on the day I went. Kids pass do not make it clear about specific days. Nothing much else on the site for kids over 13. Phoned to cancel. Was told I cannot cancel over the phone, I have to do it on their site. Well, I went onto the site, it seems like the site make it intentionally difficult to cancel. I did it anyway, took a screenshot for proof of cancellation. I read at the bottom of the screen that if I want to reinstate my membership I can just call them!! They are a bunch of cowboys. If they can reinstate over the phone, they can cancel over the phone. I do not recommend.

Do not sign up to these cowboys! Extremely unethical and their customer services is a complete shambles. I cancelled within the 30 days trial period, however they still swiped £40 from my account and wont refund me no matter what I do. Complete and utter corrupt organisation! DONT SIGN UP!!!!

The pass offers virtually nothing for kids over 12 but unfortunately I signed up for a £1 trial and expected an email reminder score they deducted the annual membership but they don’t tell you they just deduct it. If you complain they turn into ‘computer says no’ and despite offering their product entirely online suddenly will only deal with a complaint if its posted via snail mail and they repeat this to you on s loop if you push it with them - the approach is clearly intended to limit number of people who complain. Disgusting company operating in a very immoral way. Avoid at all costs. Think their trust pilot reviews just come from company employees as nowhere else shows such a positive picture. really disgusted.

Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. I have sent them a written request (email) to cancel and cancelled online yet my account is still active. I paid for the trial, couldn’t get the app to work, so asked to cancel immediately. A year later, another payment taken.

Appalling! Appalling, it's great when you use it fine, but when it comes to any issues with the payments they are appalling. I initially got a free KidsPass membership via my membership on childcare.com. The year ended and I did not renew my membership. After getting bombarded by their emails non stop, I decided to sign up to a £2.99 / month membership. I noticed when I was looking through my bank statements that they had taken £39.99 out of my account. I wrote to them to question this. They informed me that I had taken up the £1 trial offer. I was a little perturbed as I did not recall doing this, especially not on a day where I was travelling! I then took a look at my bank statements, and saw the £2.99 was taken out in 3 consecutive months. I then noticed that the day immediately after my last £2.99 payment, a £1 payment was taken out. Why would I take out a £1 trial offer whilst I was still on a monthly membership? On a day where I was out of the country, and was going to be away for a week? And sign up to an agreement in which I would be worse off? (£2.99 / month = £38.87 for 13 months, vs £40.99 (£39.99 per year + £1 for the trial month). I informed them that there must have been a technical glitch on their side. But the response I kept getting was "As you had signed on to the £1 trial offer and did not cancel after 30 days, you are liable for the £39.99) I did not sign up to this!!!!!!!! I've even checked all my emails, and I never received any email from them on the said sign-up date of any receipt or terms & conditions! Or any reminder before the said renewal date! Appalling! I'm sorry, but this is completely farcical. But really, where I'd been happy to pay £2.99 a month for this membership (which is close to what the annual amount is), and continue with this membership, I would not be looking at renewing this any more!

Incredibly limited deals, rubbish local offers, activities miles away that would cost a fortune to get to and an annual automatic renewal with no reminder, when they know that busy parents won't remember to cancel in time. When you ask politely if a refund is possible they refer you to their T&Cs and coldly decline. Awful customer service, disappointing response and zero savings to be had. Avoid signing up at all costs. They are cowboys...

Disappointing customer service I cancelled the registration last year November as there wasnt much variety of activities however for some reason kept deducting monthly fees, emailed a few times to cancel as if done it via the App and still continued taking the money. Finally got an email to say they cannot tale an email as confirmation to cancel account and I should do it via the App but my App shows the account deactivated anyway I wouldn't recommend based on customer service. Have a read on money saving expert customers have complained year long subscription after trial without any notice  Very misleading!! Be aware

There could be more dining offers, however days out discounts very big. Easy to save much more than the monthly fee. Would recommend.

Theifs!! Can’t believe people are actually getting away with this!! What a money maker I wonder how many other people have paid £39.99 to this company for nothing or without even realising they were signed up for a yearly subscription, they advertise a £1 charge to get discount vouchers off days out with NO mention that you are actually signing up up to a expensive subscription. Extremely annoyed as I could of taken my kids somewhere this weekend with the money they have stolen from me.

I have taken trial account on (6-Aug) and cancelled the membership on (5 aug) which is on 30th day , still got charged and when checked with them , they have some terms and conditions in website saying that we need to cancel one day before the last date. The worst Part is usually for any kind of subscription , they will send an email that trial period is ending and take some action . With kids pass as they just want money and no customer satisfaction, you will not recieve any email, Which is not fair. If you really want to be a victim then only try join this Company. Trust me all the discounts mentioned in the website are already i am getting promotional emails or already part of my company discounts , In my view paying £1 for trial period is also a waste of money , where you can do some charity with that, so you are not going save anything. Please stay away from this company.

BEWARE BEWARE!! Appalling business for families....This company will not give you a 14 day cooling off period !! After a trial period they will swipe £40 off you for a voucher service you will very much regret getting involved with. Good luck trying to get you monies worth. You have been warned

This company misled me & pretend they have a cooling off period that they don't honour This company misled me, by giving me extra days over the 30day trial period and then taking the debit card payment out before the agreed time. It was their error and I am being made to pay. Abysmal customer service, they pretend they have a cooling off period, but do not hounour it. There is nowhere near me to use the card. I have completely wasted £39.99, that I could have used to provide important items for my family, like food and clothes. I will do my utmost to make sure everyone hears how appalingly they have treated me, in the hope that others who can ill afford it, will not be affected.
