“Disappointed to only get one ball for £3! My fault for ordering in a hurry and not realising it was a single ball, but did think that the information was misleading - a picture of multiple balls and statements like 'an assortment of colours will be sent'. Who wants a single ball? Better to sell them in packs.”

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. We strive to make all the product descriptions accurate. The description of our "Bouncy Ball" product priced at 18p each does contain "One Supplied" in the first line. Where a product is available in different colours/designs we do try to show them all. We did try showing a single product previously but customers expected them to be all the same when ordering more than one.

“Great selection of party bags and fillers. I liked how a lot of things were linked through a theme, so I am have a safari party for my twins so loved that I could select different items but keep them all along the same style. Delivery was super efficient and the prices were unbeatable in my opinion.”
