I ordered a mud suit and a pack of onesies. The first thing I noticed was how the sizing runs very LARGE! I would like to return the items for smaller sizes but could NOT find any helpful information about how to return/exchange items. It found a selection for returns but on that page, there is not a link to initiate a return or instructions on what to do. Very frustrating. I guess I will have to bite the cost and give them away.

Not great. Although the order was for a Hoppstar Rookie Blossom and that was what it said on the delivery not in the package what was actually inside was a Hoppstar Expert Laurel. The help desk were helpful but you had sold out of the colour I wanted so it has had to be returned and the camera bought elsewhere.

Easy to order and very quick dispatch notification. Delivery was by EVRI. I arranged to be delivered to local locker as I wasn't going to be in. Got a message at 5pm unable to deliver will deliver on Thursday this was 3 days later. Parcel did arrive . Very poor for amount paid fir delivery . Put me off using Kidley

Great products but delivery experience was not brilliant. Paid what I thought it was quite an expensive delivery fee (as I didn’t match criteria for free shipping) and it was supposed to be by DPD so I was expecting a swift process. Only got it 8 days later (delivered to Ireland) and in the end it was done by AnPost.

Delivery took nearly a week to arrive after dispatch. Poor service by Evri but eventually arrived after messages saying was arriving then not arriving or just not arriving

The selection is fantastic, as is pricing. I anticipated international shipping would take a while, but I was not prepared for the box to arrive completely open on both ends. It was barely identifiable as a box, and you could easily reach in and pull out items. It’s a miracle items were not missing. I’d love to continue shopping at KIDLY if the packaging perhaps had better integrity, or if there’s an issue in the chain of carriers, that gets resolved.

I usually have a great experience with Kidly but this time, not so much. I ordered 3 items in their recent sale and a few days later, 2 of them arrived. I had not yet received any confirmation of dispatch from Kidly so I was a bit confused. Went online and saw that the order wasn’t showing as fulfilled so assumed the remaining item was on its way. Around 4/5 days later, it still hadn’t arrived and the order was showing as fulfilled on the site now. When I contacted them on live chat, they said that the 3rd item had gone out of stock and ended up refunding me. No issues with that interaction but there are a number of places that their processes fell over here that needed to be fixed 1. I shouldn’t be able to place an order for an item that isn’t in stock. Systems should be able to monitor stock levels during the purchase process. 2. If an item has gone out of stock, common courtesy would be to let the customer know, whether that’s at the time of packing the order or dispatching it. It would also be great to have that amount automatically refunded. 3. You should be sending dispatch notifications to customers. I will still use Kidly because I like the company but this experience just wasn’t great overall for me.

Lovely quality denim jumpsuit for my 3 year old granddaughter. However, I ordered 2-3 yrs and it would have fitted a 5 year old. Sadly I had to return it .

It wasn’t great as I contacted an advisor to ask about a product’s specification before I bought it. I then received the product and it was not what I was told it would be by the advisor so I had to return it which felt like a huge waste of time. I contacted Kidly again to tell them what had happened as I had a question about returns and they were very apologetic and understanding which was nice.

The products were excellent but the sale discount was misleading to me as the headline on the page said it applied to everything but at the checkout it was not the case

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. I'd just like to clarify for you and readers of this review that we did discount every single product on the site in our sitewide discount. We take transparency and honesty surrounding our offers very seriously and would not knowingly mislead customers in this way. The only way a product may have been at full price is if a return had come back into stock and as a result missed the original bulk discount we set when the promotion launched. However, we even have a process for this situation. During the promotion we export our whole product range to check whether there are any full price items on the site that have ben returned back into stock. On our last check we found 3 out of 2000 products at this status, that we then swiftly discounted. It may be that you came across one of these few back in stock products, just before we discounted it, for which I sincerely apologise. There is no way we can automate that part of the process I'm afraid, but please do rest assured that it is extremely rare that this happens and that for our sitewide discount events we absolutely do discount every in-stock product at once, at the same time, at the time we launch the event. Delivery was super quick, and kindly have beeen helpful. There is nothing wrong with the item but it wasn’t as special as I was expecting so sent it back. It was very small.

Hi Ian Thanks you for the review and I'm so sorry the shoes weren't right for your little one. Just to clarify regarding returns, as with any shoe or clothing purchase you can absolutely try them on and wear them around the house to assess style, comfort and fit, then return them to us if they are unsuitable. If they are worn beyond the 'trying-on' stage, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns due to them not likely to be in a re-saleable condition at that point. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged and no one responded to my email about the issue, yet kept sending me marketing emails. Aside from that lovely product and easy ordering process.
