“Money has been taken for items before they have been dispatched. I received a dispatch notification to then receive a further email saying dispatch has not happened as one item in order is out of stock. Then received a third email stating that the in stock item had been dispatched and the out of stock item would follow. Waited home all day on 'delivery day', no delivery arrived. Made contact with kiddies Kingdom who informed me there was in fact none of my order out for delivery. I have asked for an expected delivery date and have not been responded to. Will leave it a few days and make contact again. Probably going to ask for a refund. Poor customer service - won't order again.”

“Hi, Avoid!!!!! Deliveried wrong product, have to chase 5 times to receive corrrct product, but after 3 weeks still no luck. Finically organised return. However product returned back but no refund received!!!”

“If I can do anything to help any new mums avoid experiencing the same upset I have through ordering from Kiddies-Kingdom I will. I chose their company to purchase a full travel system as they advertised delivery in time for the due date of my baby. Having not received the delivery by the time originally estimated I contacted Kiddies-Kingdom and received a amended date of delivery... the purchase was still not received on the confirmed date... Having chased them again I am now told my purchase cannot be delivered for at least another 2 months. Having cancelled the order I still await refund of my money. The Customer Service has been very poor, all responses received have been lies and all calls are answered by rude, uninterested staff. Would highly recommend people avoid using this company if they have any timescale limitations or expect any kind of at least average service, as the company is for new mum's the level of upset they are willing to cause is astonishing.”

“Ordered a stroller and was told it would arrive on a particular date and it did not arrive. Chased them up and asked them for an update and they sent a very short reply telling me it would arrive on another particular date, that date came and went and the stroller did not arrive. Chased them again but did not get a response the second time. I needed it for a particular date so have now asked for a refund and purchased the same stroller elsewhere! Not had a response about the refund yet! I would not recommend this company if you need anything very quickly! Do not trust their expected delivery date when ordering.”

“I would not recommend using this company due to their poor customer service department and quality of products. MY EXPERIENCE: After reporting the issues in detail with various damaged parts on the Tutti Bambini Modena 3 Piece Room Set, I received the following email response, 7 days after reporting my complaint: “Please could you advise why it has taken so long to report such major faults?”. I reported the issues 12 days after receiving the items, which is a responsible amount of time to unpack the items and identify the problems with the damaged parts. I then received a phone call response advising me that the reason that it had taken them 7 days to respond was because I had provided them with the incorrect order number and implied it was my fault. I’m confused because I had forwarded the order confirmation email that they had sent to me with the correct order number, along with ALL of my other order details. This product was also packaged incorrectly for transit, such as wooden dowels being inserted into the joints exposing them to damage during delivery (see images). Anyway, happy shopping 😊”
