“Always helpful and efficient. We have been customers for over 20 years and will continue to be. Our delivery is complicated, but the drivers are always more than happy to complete the drop without any problems. This visit, Neil was the latest in a long line of happy drivers!”

“Order for 500kg of Multiheat placed on Thursday, delivered Monday 9am Used KGS solid fuels for years but first time ordering in bulk instead of grabbing a few bags when passing a stockist. I had a stupid moment placing my order online and a call to the office sorted that out very quickly. Put your glasses on Steve LOL. Very nice bloke- Neil the driver phoned 1/2 hour before delivery and offloaded quickly. I stated a kerbside delivery (didn't say side access was poor) and I was ready to barrow down an alley and around the houses but got distinct feeling that Neil hadn't expected to drop 20 x 25kg at the kerb and be straight off. Guess I forgot in the age of door-step and run.. that coal men actually deliver. Many thanks.”

“I called KG Smith for a quote for smokeless fuel on Sat and it was delivered free on the Tues! As I was going to be out, I left instructions with the sales team re where to leave it. As it happens the driver, Mark, called me the night before to check I would be happy with a 7:30am delivery, before I was going out. Such a friendly snd convenient service that's rare to find these days! Yes, the fuel had gone up since last year, but what hasn't. I was happy with £16 a 25kg bag delivered free to me in Northampton.”

“Found this company by chance whilst looking for horse bedding. I ordered a pallet of strawmax pellets. They delivered this morning; I was expecting curbside delivery and that I would have to move all 65 bags to my storage shed as with other companies I have used. However, Leon delivered and stacked the bags directly to my storage. Wonderful service and I would highly recommend!”

“This time we ordered on line. We received a courtesy call from Mark out delivery man the day before who provided an eta and said he would call if delayed. Mark arrived early he was very polite and courtesy he offered to walk coal to its home. Great experience and no hesitation in recommending. Thank you KG Smith.”

“Belinda and Louise are always helpful even to the point of taking orders out off office hours from me, as a fuel supplier myself one call to the team and my orders are promptly sorted. And the lads know the kettle is always on once we have finished unloading 👍great service all the time👍”

“Elliot delivers my coal promptly and puts it in coal shed. Friendly and reliable. Competitive price and Elliot also brings me logs (multi-fuel burner). Ordering is easy on phone to their office. Highly recommend this company.”
