“I contacted Keys4U when I found I was unable to turn the key in the lock. They were there within half an hour and got me in my home in minutes. The locksmith who came was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would use this company again and recommend.”

“Keys4U is a locksmith service I have now used on 4 occasions, to fit new locks to a front door and to UPVC back and patio doors. On all occasions the locksmiths have arrived ahead of time, often within the hour. All have listened carefully to "the problem" and asked relevant, sensible questions to better understand what's wrong. The work has then been completed efficiently with explanation where necessary. The latest job involved making sure a difficult to lock door could operate easily. As always, I was encouraged to test the lock on completion before card payment. All operatives have observed safe distancing and mask-wearing and have been an impressive advertisement for their company. I have no hesitation in recommending Keys4U.. Dave Giddens (Peckham)”

“While I appreciate the speed and promptness of the locksmith in getting to my home address, I was a little disappointed that he could not resolve the problem. To be fair though, he did try, but to no avail. Also, I was a bit surprised that it was only after the work, that your man told me the cost of the job. I had expected him to tell me before starting the job. Partly my fault I suppose, for not asking him, before he started work. You might consider it a future point of policy for your operatives to let the client know the total cost of the work, BEFORE starting the job, thereby avoiding any embarresasment on either side. Thank you”

“Great service, answered the phone within half a ring and someone was at the house within 40 mins. Alex didn’t damage the lock to let us back in either. Definitely recommending to others I know who have any issues with getting into the house!”
