“Very quick service. Well recommended. On a Sunday night, at 9pm, we were about to go out but the main door will not close/lock. We struggled for about 45minutes to fix it ourselves but no luck. I went on Google called keys4U locksmith and someone came within 30minutes. With few manoeuvres using his screwdriver- our door lock was fixed. The locksmith was very knowledgeable. Very good service, quick turnaround. I would gladly recommend this service.”

“Locksmith arrived within hour, only took out broken key for within a min. He charged £70 straight. I feel it is not really fair and I wouldn’t use anymore. Very greedy locksmith.”

“The back door you mended stuck again and I couldn't lock it. I was told that someone would come round but after several different stories I was told that there was nobody available and I could call another locksmith!!. I am a woman who was alone in the house that night but was just told 'sorry'. This was extremely upsetting. I have sent in an email regarding the bad service. Eventually I managed to force the door locked last night. My husband who was away called and was told that there was no manager or supervisor to speak to. He is expecting a call from you to arrange a call on Friday. Not holding our breath. In the meantime I am not able to use the back door!!!”
