“Fast service, very friendly and tried very hard to resolve the issue at the lowest possible cost. Hope I won't have to, but if if I do lock myself out again, will use Keys4u again!”

“Not impressed with the service, the job was not completed the locksmith said rhey would come back to finish the job but did not bother, i did not receive a telephone call or any explanation, i called the company 3 days in a riw trying to get someone to come back but i kept being told thd person who came eould give me a call”

“Fantastic service, even if it was a little pricey because it was the weekend. The Locksmith was really professional and friendly and it literally took him less than five minutes to sort out problem out. Highly recommend!!!”

“When the technician removed the entire locking system and took it all away to return to base to find the part I was somewhat surprised. It left me with no option but to accept the quoted price which was excessive. When he returned the part was not the same and he just exchanged the gearbox lock onto the old assembly. I checked after he left that the online price for the part is @£30 not the £180 I was charged plus and the fallout fee the job cost me over £300. Not impressed at all.”
