“I called an emergency locksmith as my neighbour got locked outside in her balcony on the first floor while her 2year old was inside the flat. Alex attended, quickly assessed the situation, the lock appeared to be a tough one to crack, but got through the lock and the chain and rescued the day! Both mum and baby girl are fine! Excellent work from Alex! Thank you”

“Rip off, quote one price on the phone then their approved locksmith turns up 1hr 45mins late and then charges way you double for a job that took him less then 1min to drill through my steering lock, £155!! Made out it’s going to be massive job etc taking advantage of vulnerable people, When asked why is the price more he just replied it’s the company, I just work for them. Only to find out that he owns the company. Tried to make a complaint about my experience, will they listen NO, this company says I need to contact the company that came out, which I did but they haven’t responded back yet, almost a week!! Your company should take responsibility for this complaint as you placed the job with them, they are your approved locksmith, I took the service with you, please take responsibility to look in this. Thanks”

“Brilliant , I wanted to install a locksmith , they sent me someone in less than an hour after calling 7 locksmiths before them , none of them knew anything about smart locks , a very nice Romanian guy ( unfortunately forgot his name ) arrived and did the job in 20 min , he also showed me how to set it up and connect all fobs and cards , reasonable fees also , would definetly use again and recommend”

“I had an excellent service! I locked myself out of my home and called Keys4U Locksmith and a really kind, friendly and extremely efficient locksmith named Nir came to my rescue and opened my front door within minutes and I recovered my keys which were accidentally locked inside.
