“Garage door locked & key lost! Handle drilled through so door could be manually operated. Unable to provide replacement lock as old design & internal/external parts required - owner to search internet. V helpful & polite service whilst on site. Efficient & pleasant person taking call enquiry.”

“Told me it was going to be 49.50 for labour, and £20 for the lock plus VAT. Explained it’s for a front door and when the man came he said they start at £75 not £20. Ended up being very expensive.”

“This was an appalling service. The locksmith was nearly 2 hours late. We were not informed he would be this late. I was supposed to be at work. The cost was huge. I had been led to believe that one key for our lock would cost £29.99 + the cost of the key itself - in the end, we were charged £196 - this was 10 minutes work. I'm appalled.”

“Con artists. They quote one of the cheapest prices on the market and then they intimidate you to pay higher prices with bogus charges. The guy they sent started to violently bang his tools in frustration when I told him to leave. Read the negative reviews, those are the real ones. Word of advice, search on the Master locksmith association for a professional and avoid these cowboys. They are not to be trusted and I’ve reported them to trading standards.”

“Expensive but quick service. Locksmith very polite, clean and tidy (all very important). Job completed efficiently. Having asked around this service seems always to be expensive but I've only needed a locksmith once in my life and this was my own fault! Just happy to have a stressful situation resolved.”

“Speedy response. However costs were exploitative. £660 to drill out lock ( door damaged) and fit a new lock. First cost was in the region of £250 then rose to £56O then was told tax would make it £660. Decidedly fleeced.”

“From my initial phone contact to the lock being replaced, less than 24 hours! Service was very quick and the process of booking a locksmith very straight-forward. The locksmith gave me plenty of notice about when he was arriving, including a call 15 minutes ahead of arrival, and he was both polite and professional. Did a great job. And for a reasonable price too. I would have no hesitation using this Company again.”

“Called the company at 02.19. A locksmith was here 35 minutes later who fixed the problem and fitted a new lock. The engineer is a decent chap called Haim. Got my front door opened (I was locked inside as my key broke in the lock ) and he fitted a new lock . Respectful and I felt in good hands. I recommend the service and would like to say thanks again to Haim.”
