“I got locked out of my flat at 9:30pm on a Wednesday evening with 2 dogs. Catalin arrived with 15 minutes and got me back inside the flat within about 5 minutes. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!!!!”

“Perfect service: it only took 2 days from phone call to full installation of a new lock. The prices are competitive compared to other local locksmiths, as they do a discount for London residents. The service was quick and efficient, I'm very pleased. Thanks”

“I’ve been locked in my apartment, called the service, they gave me an estimate of 50 minutes. Master came in time and was able to help with unlocking me and replaced a broken lock. I’m very happy about a service!”

“I highly recommend as he is reliable and responsive. A fantastic service was offered as well as being professional. He gave good communication by explaining the problem whilst fixing it. “Called the lads at 10pm they were there within 20 mins and worked fast to re-secure the property and change the locks. Price was very reasonable and lads were very professional. Would 100% use them again and no doubt I will be, would definitely recommend as a first port of call if you need a locksmith.”

“What a wonderful chap Kismat is….called before he arrive to give an ETA. Looked at the job, told me what was what and just got on to get everything done quickly and professionally. Even tried to clean up before he left. Kismat went above and beyond to secure our home. Would highly recommend Kismat for any locksmith job.”
