“The back door you mended stuck again and I couldn't lock it. I was told that someone would come round but after several different stories I was told that there was nobody available and I could call another locksmith!!. I am a woman who was alone in the house that night but was just told 'sorry'. This was extremely upsetting. I have sent in an email regarding the bad service. Eventually I managed to force the door locked last night. My husband who was away called and was told that there was no manager or supervisor to speak to. He is expecting a call from you to arrange a call on Friday. Not holding our breath. In the meantime I am not able to use the back door!!!”

“Charged at 10 times cost of lock. Put on two horrible cheap locks instead of Chubb and Yale as requested. Feel totally cheated. Service was good snd efficient and a reasonable price”
