“From the initial call which was taken within seconds to speaking with the office you were greeted with very helpful knowledgable lady my emergency of locked out of a property was dealt with in minutes! Yes 35 minutes enginner arrived and locks and keys were replaced no stress and very reasonable on price. Would highly recommend”

“Thank you so much to Alex from Birmingham. I had called another locksmith the previous day to repair a upvc window lock, but his company simply did not have the expertise. Alex arrived within ten minutes and managed to do a brilliant job on a very old mechanism which he hadn't even encountered before. Customer service excellent and a good price for a job well done. “I am very happy and greatful with the service that was provided. I was locked inside of a bathroom for quite a while, trying to get myself out. My partner ended up having to call this service and they were quick to respond and come to my location. The employee was very friendly explained each step that he was going to be doing during the process.”

“Called Keys4U as we were locked out our house. The price I was told to get back in was £69+VAT on weekends. When the locksmith arrived he told me it was £120 and for a new lock it would be £65 + £70 labour, totalling £255! In the end I just paid the £120. By chance I had a spare lock and replaced it myself which took 5 mins to do. Feel let down by the price (almost) doubling and locksmith trying to take advantage.”

“Had to call out an emergency locksmith after getting locked in my house (the hook in the door became jammed). I was worried about someone being able to come out during the lockdown but Patrick came to my rescue. Not only did he fix the problem quickly but he was professional, polite and made sure he explained the whole process and the problem fully to me. He tried to keep the cost as low as possible even though it would normally be more costly. I'm really grateful for his service and his honesty and for coming out to me when no other locksmith would.”
