“Arrived within 30 mins just as they told us. Observed social distancing and wore a mask but took the time to explain what he was doing throughout. Also advised me and stayed to check rest of property was secure once door lock removed. Would definitely be happy to recommend/use again”

“Quoted £60+vat to drill a lock. When they turned up, jumped to £220 and £80 for a no brand £8 cylinder. I said no... The price miraculously dropped to £60+vat, no replacement. I was glad to see these scammers leave.”

“I called this company out as door would not open . The man came got the door open then informed me that I would need a new door mechanism and new lock . The price was quoted at £460 including VAT . Didn’t sit well with me so I declined , and straight away phoned 3 separate companies that quoted me between £180- £210. I have had my door fixed now . What worries me is that elderly or vulnerable could easy pay this price . Which was double what 3 other independent companies quoted me , and what I was charged to have my door fixed . Checks need to be put in place what this locksmith company charged as completely over priced to 3 other local companies.”

“Very prompt, very friendly and very efficient. Mine was a straight-forward problem, a locked door and lost key, but all was sorted within half an hour of phoning them. And no irritating sales patter at all. Very satisfied customer”

“Operative quoted £300 plus vat to change lock and then said he will try to fix the lock which he did, after paying €58 a day later the problem occred we called another locksmith and he said the door needed adjusting which he did for €50 and promised / guaranteed that it problem is solved and if it happens he will charge £120 to change the lock”
