“Great service arrived within an hour.”

“When the technician removed the entire locking system and took it all away to return to base to find the part I was somewhat surprised. It left me with no option but to accept the quoted price which was excessive. When he returned the part was not the same and he just exchanged the gearbox lock onto the old assembly. I checked after he left that the online price for the part is @£30 not the £180 I was charged plus and the fallout fee the job cost me over £300. Not impressed at all.”

“Excellent, very profesional and fast. Literally I called and they said we will be there in 30 minutes. The door was absolutely stuck, even the fire brigade couldn't open it. But for the locksmith he was able to quickly get to the bottom of the problem and open the door. I highly recommend them.”

“Thomas arrived within the hour as scheduled having been duped by another Locksmith in the morning ! He as very polite and showed me all the official and and details of the products. Thomas went beyond my expectations by showing great kindness by giving me a high quality product at a great price to make up for some of the money that I had been conned out of by the previous locksmith from a so called reputable company ! Thomas is also going to investigate and report the other company so that they don't prey on the vulnerable !! Ask for Thomas for all your Locksmith requirements . Thanks Thomas for your kindness and efficiency !!”

He was very polite showed me officially everything in terms of price and products with detailed explanations. Thomas went beyond my expectation as he showed great kindness by giving a very high quality product with an a great price to make up for having been conned by the previous locksmith. Thomas is also going to investigate the previous company and report them so that they don't dupe the vulnerable. Ask for Thomas for all your locksmith needs !!
