“I was locked out and called keys4u. They were sharp in time at the agreed hour. The locksmith by name Patrick was very efficient and knew his job. He fixed our door in flat 15 mins. No stress. Reliable, professional and great to deal with. Strongly recommended. SG, Hounslow, London.”

“Excellent customer service given by Patrick. Came out very quickly and completed job within minutes. We tried ourselves to open the lock but caused more damage. However, Patrick came out and completed the job within minutes. A real gentleman and very good at his job. Highly recommended!!!”

“Scott Manchester,the locksmith was very helpful, kept us informed of when arriving, nothing was too much trouble and explained everything he was going to do, I can recommend him 110 % as one of the Directors of Woodlands Court in Timperley, 5 Stars out of 5 very quick to coming to are aid, brilliantly guy!!!”

“Prices quoted on phone different from charge after work done spoke to customer service got the “quick brush off” filled in survey no one contacted me complained to the email address provided this is the second time I’ve used service and possibly last time and my google reviews will reflect that”

“Absolutely horribly done service! Made a huge whole in my door!! After seeing other's advice everyone was horrified but the picture . People don't know how to their job and charge a fortune!!!!!! Horrible and disgusting!!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. However, because of the time of day you were quoted £89 plus VAT if simple to open. As the lock was not simple to open the locksmith discussed the work required and agreed a price with you. On completion you did not want to pay the agreed price and offered a lesser amount, which the locksmith was forced to accept. You did not want to replace the lock which would have covered the hole left by the lock. Keys4ULocksmith

“Overall waited for 30 minutes, but not a problem as I was kept informed at all times. The locksmith sorted out the problem very quickly and gave me some good advice on locks. The price quoted on the phone was also the final price. Overall very happy with the service.”
