“Well at least they got into my house after a key broke in the lock. However, the fee for breaking in, new lock and labour (plus VAT) was extortionate! I managed to get the price down but not without a lot of hassle. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman!”

Dear Customer Thank you for your feedback. We have set prices on the service and parts delivered. You were informed the labour charge will be £59.00 + VAT, this is what you have been charged. The price was not reduced from our standard prices, but rather a lock that met to your budget was put forward and supplied. We will note your feedback for development and training purposes. “Really good service. Came very quickly, staff very polite and put a lot of effort in to unlock the door. Were very considerate of the fact I am a student so tried to do everything as cheaply as possible. Very impressed.”

“I received excellent,prompt service from this company.The gentleman who came to fix my patio door lock ,which had a broken key in it,was very polite and professional,he had the lock fixed in no time.The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid.I would definitely use this company again.”

“I was locked out of my house and was relieved that within 45 minutes on a Saturday evening someone was there to help! He was friendly and efficient and I was quickly back in my home. Reasonably priced, I would absolutely recommend.”

“Great service. They were ready and available in emergency. The other ones I called either didnt pick up, or were closed! It was monday morning before 8am when I got locked out... The guy was on site within half an hour. He was really quick. They offerred me a discount to reduce the price over the phone, but I noticed upon payment took the full price, not the locksmith, bur the oayment team over the phone. Its not a sticking point I guess, but it stood out. Otherwise, lifesaver as and when I needed it.”
