“Flaviu came out within half an hour of my calling and within five minutes had everything sorted. Fantastic service, friendly and efficient. Definitely would recommend”

“Rang up to book with them and was told 20 minutes waited an hour rang back up told another twenty minutes. They didn't even ring to say they were running late..Total waste of time ..”

“Uniforms & Company transport may look better on this type of job. The chap was lovely and could not fault his efforts to get the door open - However having someone in a puffa jacket and a blacked out mondeo coming to break a lock caused 3 calls from neighbours as it looked like we were trying to break in. Uniforms required I think !- Great Company !!”

“Excellent service from andre. But costing not clear . £59.00 but reduced to £50.00. As far as I was concerned complete price to be paid.No not so £79.00 forgot to mention VAT. Refused to pay they excepted £50.00. However looking on line £41.00 + £8.00 Total £49.00.pounds so facts .£50.00 MORE OR LESS ORIGINAL PRICE without reduction.I should have paid £39.00.But good word by locksmith thank you.”

“This has been a terrible waste of time,they fixed a lock,on a broken frame(Absolute patch up job,so shabby,we should have been advised to mend the broken frame first,then got round to the lock,I just smooth a bit of wood fuller in,and it was left hanging on an edge,and no proper genuine advice was given,regarding the structire or availability of locks,and not even a part refund now I have to pay some one else,DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THIS FREINDLEY ADD,YOU WON'T GET YOU'RE MONEY BACK,I'm having to pay out double.”

“I found this company on the internet and thinking they were local called them out. Big mistake.I agree these people are not interested in good work practice or giving you your money back for a shoddy job. Damaged my door and thought it was ok. Got locked out because of the work done . Do not have these guys do work for you . A local company came next day got dirt out of the lock and it was sorted in less than 10 mins. These people are only interested in fleecing you they don't care about the work done.”

“Absolute scam, abysmal service; AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF BY THEM. Quoted a 'total' of £70 incl VAT, technician turns up and increases it to £130. Technician is unbelievably rude, aggressive and unpleasant, asking provocative questions like 'so you don't want this door unlocked then'? I tell him to call the company, and I do so myself. He storms out and leaves. Absolutely NO professionalism whatsoever. Also very much got the sense that he thought he could intimidate me, me being a young woman and him a large man. Patronising and sexist manner. Called them twice, was told I would get a call back. The next day, I still haven't. What a joke. They advertise as licensed-they're not licensed nor MLA (Master Locksmith Association) approved. So, false advertising. In short, read the other reviews on Trust Pilot. They've done this to tonnes more customers, quoting them £59+ VAT then ripping them off for £220-500 when they arrive and taking advantage of people's goodwill. They also take card details and make UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON PEOPLE'S CARDS and then lie about it. Which is theft. So: fraudulent, thieves, liars and scammers. Will be reporting to Trading Standards for investigation.”

“Alex turned up within an hour of my phone call and spent over an hour and a half sorting out my locks. He discovered a Chubb which was not working properly and replaced it. A lot of his work was fiddly as he was replacing and mending locks that were ill fitting. Everything is working easily and well now. I should have asked him to come years ago.”
