“relatively quick, he came from the other side of the city, knew what he was doing, kept it simple and was effective. Polite and mindful of being on someone else's property. Note, the advertised details intimate they are local, but they are a connected organisation with local members. Made no difference to me but I know some people are bothered by this.”

“ILIE was professional, efficient, friendly and most of all got the job done. It turns out that although the lock wasn’t working, it wasn’t the lock itself that was the problem it was the door frame. Ilie sorted it and now it works 100%”

“The locksmith who replaced my mailbox lock and key was very courteous and professional. He was on time and had me make sure the keys worked before he left. The lady who was my point of contact this morning was equally polite and connected me to a locksmith immediately to set up an appointment. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my contacts.”

“We had a gate that was sticking and Charlie did a great job fixing it. He took the time to explain the issue and gave us a few options to fix it. In the end he was able to fix it quickly and for an affordable price. Highly recommend!”

“I have tried making a copy of the keys in different places, but I ended up disappointed every time as the keys wouldn’t work. “Really nice place. I duplicated one set of house keys. Every key works well! If they do not work for some reason after duplication, you may go back with your receipt to get assistance. They have guarantee for some type of keys. Reasonable price.”

“These guys define customer service and knowledge about their product. Friendly and quick service and explained everything they were doing when I brought an old cylinder in to be replaced and keyed alike. You can tell that they know their stuff and care about their customers. It's funny to say, but I can't wait to have another problem with my locks again.”
