“I would just like to say that my experience with keystone properties was 2nd to none ,your sales agent Rose was very experienced in what she was doing. and she was very caring and she guided us through the whole process .She was very helpful in supplying us with properties to look at in the areas that we were looking for, unfortunately we could not find anything that suited us, but if we had found something keystones would’ve definitely been the estate agents we would have gone with. “I had just a call 5m from an agent of this agency and he basically asked me all the questions I had already answered in the form they sent me. What's the point of sending a form, that you fill, and then not use it??? The agent was quite rude as well. Extremely poor customer service”

Hi Antonio We are sorry to hear about your review and experience and I have listened to the recorded call between yourself and my colleague Sam. Upon hearing the call, the whole call was childish between the two of you - you wouldn't talk to Sam and asked Sam to refer to the form, Sam tried to ask you questions but you didn't want to answer anything, it was a very silly call for me to listen to, maybe Sam could have put you on hold for a few minutes and searched again for this form to find the details that you were unwilling to respond to over the phone. You seemed perturbed because Sam couldn't find your details in the form that you filled in and you didn't want to give him any more information. I can understand your frustration, but we do receive about 40-60 tenant forms filled in per day. Being a tenant is very difficult in this day and age, the government has not helped the taxation for landlords situation and there are less landlords out there because of this and more tenants.
