Kettler changed our goods, admitting that the quality fell far short of the guarantee, with a no fuss and very efficient service. You were also very quick to change a replacement chair which was faulty. Our only complaint is that the choice of replacement furniture was extremely limited.

Had a problem with 3 chairs and the powder coating coming away. Easily contacted and replaced with no problem, although disappointed it had happened after 3 years. I have 5 other chairs, hoping the same thing doesnt happen.

Fantastic replacement service- however one of the the replacement items arrived damaged- not subtly, quite obviously. Maybe a QC check on replacement furniture should be made before dispatching. Can’t fault it otherwise.

I had previously bought a Kettler Round 90 x 90 Table and was very impressed by the quality. Therefore when looking for some Mesh Garden Furniture to replace a set that had not stood the test of time I decided to buy a Kettler Table and 4 Chairs. The furniture arrived really well packed in a timely manner. Unfortunately the Table had a Chip on the edge that went right down to the metal. Because of the problems experienced with my original Mesh furniture I wasn’t prepared to accept the damaged product. Following my contacting the seller a representative from Kettler contacted me to sort out the problem. In view of my mobility problems she arranged for an Engineer from Kettler to deliver a replacement Table and swap it for the damaged one. As it was only the top of the Table that was damaged I suggested that he only needed to remove the Table Top and swap it for the new perfect one. I was really impressed with the understanding response to my complaint and the manner in which Kettler dealt with the issue. I would definitely recommend Kettler.

Kettler responded to my warranty claim very quickly and provided a replacement table a few days later. I was delighted with this level of service and attention.

I recently made a warranty claim on outdoor furniture which was 2 years old. The claim was dealt with in a very prompt and professional manner with excellent customer service. I would have no doubt in purchasing from Kettler again due to the excellent way my claim was dealt with when, unfortunately, things went wrong with the purchase.

Kettler dealt with my warranty claim without any fuss and extremely efficiently. The customer service representative (Tammy) was really friendly, helpful and responsive. I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Kettler. Very happy.

We ordered the Palma Corner set which arrived with a bent leg, after contacting Customer services a replacement was sent 2 weeks later which I asked to be checked prior delivery, only to find this 2nd replacement was also damaged. It had not been checked as promised by Customer Services.. It took another 2 weeks to arrange a 3rd replacement which was checked prior despatch and arrived in perfect condition. I accept that damage can occur in transit but I don't think its much to ask that at the 2nd attempt they would check before despatch but no Customer Services could not be bothered. The person I emailed had no sense of urgency at all to put things right, I only live 2 hours from the Kettler site but it took a further 2 weeks before a 3rd delivery was made. The Customer Service was dreadful, they show no interest in going that little extra step to sort things out, " were not in your area for 2 weeks so you'll have to wait if your not happy speak to where you bought it from for a refund" was the response from the Lady in Customer Services.. The furniture may be of good quality but Kettler are very poor and if I were you I would not touch them with a Barge Pole. Thou I would like to note that Wayne who came direct from Kettler with the 3rd delivery was exceptional, very friendly and understanding unlike any of his colleagues that I had the miss fortune to deal with. We are all sorted now but I wish I'd never heard of Kettler. .

Kettler replaced the cover for our Palma outdoor setting which was letting in water. It was replaced quickly and with a new better quality one which now keeps our outdoor setting dry. We can’t thank Kettler enough for their excellent customer service and Zak in particular.
