“For something that was meant to be rust proof I'm on my 3rd table and 2nd set of chairs in 2yrs. I'm pleased with the way that warranty claim was handled but very disappointed in the quality of the product.”

“The handling of our warranty claim was dealt with with great professionalism. The replacement chairs are in place and were delivered as agreed. We are just awaiting confirmation of delivery of the new seat cushions which have been ordered. Otherwise very satisfied.”
