“We bought the RHS branded wicker garden furniture set which is great but sadly, and inconveniently, no cover is available for the coffee table which required us to purchase this elsewhere.”

“Our Kettler garden table an chairs seem to be well made but after only a few years of use the paint on the arms of the chairs is bubbling and chipping off. I had hoped Kettler would be able to provide touch up paint in the right colour. It seems they can but in such minute quantities 5ml (ie a teaspoonful) as to be completely useless to do any significant amount of touching up. So I will have to buy some paint from another manufacturer which is unlikely to be a perfect match. This is very disappointing and unsatisfactory.”

Thank you for your review Michael. I was sorry to read your comments. Our touch-up paint is for covering small chips and scratches, one bottle should be sufficient to cover several small imperfections. There is an instruction video available on our website, that states to put the bottle in warm water for five minutes prior to use, so that the paint is more fluid. We fully appreciate your comments, therefore I have forwarded your comments to the relevant department for future consideration.

“Lovely 2-seater sofa, armchairs and coffee table at a good price. Very quick delivery and no assembly required. Would be great if a matching storage unit to hold the cushions was also available. Very pleased with my purchase and have had many positive reactions from friends and family.”

“Elba dining set ordered. Arrived quickly and packaged very well. One too few chairs arrived- contacted Kettler who arranged for the immediate despatch of 'missing' chair. Excellent customer service. Product is as described. Icing on cake would be if the packaging could be taken back with the courier...lots of cardboard and a palette measuring 2m x 1m .”

“Made an enquiry re the Palma armchairs, received a swift, informative reply. Went on to purchase from an online store. Look lovely with the Palma mini corner sofa suite we purchased last year. Cushion finish is excellent spilt red wine over them, sponged off with cold water and not a mark left behind. New feet delivered for our table when ours fell out - turned out to be a manufacturing fault. Quickly and easily remedied. Over all 5/5 for furniture quality and customer service.”

“Bought the 2 seat recliners and small table, great price, and the store delivered on time when they said they would, thats not heard of much these days. Very pleased with the quality and finish, superbly packed, even had quite a few people ask where we got them because they really liked these. No hesitation in buying KETTLER furniture again.”

“I love my new Kettler garden furniture, bought the Palma whicker 2 seat low companion set in white wash with grey taupe cushions. To go with my Kettler Palma low lounge corner set. Very good quality and compliments our rear extension with 6 byfold doors. This gives us the perfect outdoor/indoor living.”
