The Kettler garden furniture does not last very long. The umbrellas we had fell apart within a year and the chairs we purchased have all rusted within 5years or less. The table is holding up a little better.

Our claims were dealt with efficiently and with no hassle/delay/prevarication. New items were delivered promptly and we bought some more - so everybody should be happy - and I would like to mention that we had one biggish problem with rust and one small one and this is out of about 20 items of furniture that we have .... very very good service

The response to my claim was very fast and the warranty team were very helpfull and the replacement of the furniture was carried out and deliverd very efficiently. I would recommend The Kettler company very highly

This excellent company recently completed a warranty claim for me. Every step of the process was clear, straightforward and carried out quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is to be commended for their polite, and professional manner in dealing with the claim. I cannot praise them highly enough. I love their garden furniture and would not hesitate to recommend.

Kettler changed our goods, admitting that the quality fell far short of the guarantee, with a no fuss and very efficient service. You were also very quick to change a replacement chair which was faulty. Our only complaint is that the choice of replacement furniture was extremely limited.

Had a problem with 3 chairs and the powder coating coming away. Easily contacted and replaced with no problem, although disappointed it had happened after 3 years. I have 5 other chairs, hoping the same thing doesnt happen.

Fantastic replacement service- however one of the the replacement items arrived damaged- not subtly, quite obviously. Maybe a QC check on replacement furniture should be made before dispatching. Can’t fault it otherwise.

I had previously bought a Kettler Round 90 x 90 Table and was very impressed by the quality. Therefore when looking for some Mesh Garden Furniture to replace a set that had not stood the test of time I decided to buy a Kettler Table and 4 Chairs. The furniture arrived really well packed in a timely manner. Unfortunately the Table had a Chip on the edge that went right down to the metal. Because of the problems experienced with my original Mesh furniture I wasn’t prepared to accept the damaged product. Following my contacting the seller a representative from Kettler contacted me to sort out the problem. In view of my mobility problems she arranged for an Engineer from Kettler to deliver a replacement Table and swap it for the damaged one. As it was only the top of the Table that was damaged I suggested that he only needed to remove the Table Top and swap it for the new perfect one. I was really impressed with the understanding response to my complaint and the manner in which Kettler dealt with the issue. I would definitely recommend Kettler.
