The Replacement table is perfect . Surprised that you replaced the whole table for minor faults in the original . Thought that you might just fob me off with some touch up paint but very impressed that you replaced the whole table

Your customer service man Zak was outstandingly good. He was polite, efficient and carried out the replacement with minimum fuss and maximum speed. I wrote him an email saying all this and hope he passed it to his line manager.

Very prompt response in replacing our twin seat & table under the warranty claim. Excellent delivery crew and all on time as promised. We would buy Kettler products again.

Purchased Patio set in 2006, still looking good with no rust. Purchased same set for my parents in 2008, still good and no rust. Purchased a 2 seater chair in 2012, within 2 years it had corroded, it was quickly replaced under warranty. Replacement then went rusty and paintwork turned silver, it was replaced in July 2017. Called Kettler yesterday, as the 3rd replacement has rust appearing on it. Am told there has been a problem with the coating. Am also told they will not replace again. Sadly, I doubt that I will be buying from Kettler again

Resolving an issue quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction means that despite the initial issue, I would still recommend Kettler to my friends and family

Very disappointed that the chairs and table corroded but have to say the service responce from the Kettler service team was first class.

We purchased a kettler patio set a few years ago and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately the paint finish started to flake and the metal mesh started to rust, however it was still (just) within the warranty period. We made a warranty claim to Kettlers and they couldn’t have been more helpful and have replaced the faulty items at no charge. Our thanks to Vicky who handled the arrangements and we thoroughly recommend Kettlers for their products and service.

Complaint dealt with, polite and sensible conversation. Replacements sent with min delay arrived within 10 days as promised. Obviously rather a problem had not occurred in the first place and hopefully all will be ok from now on.

We made a warranty claim on one of four garden chairs a year ago. It was replaced quickly with no quibble. A year later another chair showed signs of rust coming through. I was concerned that the other two may follow the same path (may have been a faulty batch) and so the three were replaced. This was offered (I did not have to ask). The five year warranty is true to it's word. The new chairs were delivered and the faulty ones collected. I expressed concerns about the faulty ones being thrown away and was told they are refurbished and recycled - great news.
