“Three years ago we purchased eight Savita metal garden chairs and this year noticed that the protective all-weather coating had started to peel in places. The chairs still being under warranty we contacted Kettler and spoke to a very accommodating member of staff (Liz) who promptly emailed to advise what was needed to make a warranty claim which included photos and our original receipt. After emailing this information we were contacted a couple of hours later and advised that a replacement set of chairs would be sent out to us the very next day, and the damaged chairs picked up the day after. It happened exactly like this and so we are very impressed with this exeptional level of customer service, both for the efficiency or claim was handled and the polite communications - well done Kettler.”

“I took delivery of the replacement garden furniture on Thursday 9th and all was to my satisfaction. I cannot let the event pass without bringing to your attention the excellent attitude, manner and helpfulness of the gentleman who delivered and assembled the two tables in particular. As I mentioned I could not have been any help following surgery. He is a credit to you and I should be obliged if you would bring my comments to his attention. Finally you and your company are to be congratulated on the way and with the efficiency you have dealt with the problem. If only all companies displayed the same level of understanding and customer service, British firms would indeed be healthy. None of us can vouch for everything in life and problems beret us all. But it is how they are addressed that matters. Your response was first class and I recommend you to all I meet in family and friendship. I have advised the Garden Centre staff of this also.”
