They responded quickly and efficiently to a guarantee issue. Incidentally the guarantee had just expired. We had purchased a set of good quality chairs. One had showed signs of rusting. We sent a photo of the issue. They replaced without quibble within 10 days. Fantastic customer service. Well done

Surprised at how quickly our Siena chairs have rusted (3 years), especially as my sister in law had a similar set for over 20 years with no problems, but cannot fault their warranty service. They contact you promptly to arrange replacement and are now using a much mire reliable courier service.

on line claim form was fairly straight forward the warranty claim was agreed within 72 hours good flexibility on delivery of new /collection of old chairs

We recently encountered an issue with our KETTLER furniture, of which we had had for a few years already. Knowing about their 5 year warranty, we contacted KETTLER to see if the problem could be resolved. I have to say that the after sales care we received was the BEST we have ever received from a company, with the issue being resolved within a matter of weeks with absolutely no stress or hassle whatsoever. Therefore, if you are thinking of buying KETTLER furniture in the future, my advice would be to DO IT! You cannot get better service than that of which we recently received from DEAN and the team - I would highly recommend KETTLER and thank you for your help and assistance in this instance. Very happy customers :)

Warranty was ho lured a.though it was close to the end of the warranty period. Kettle were very badly let down by the delivery company they use

We have a Kettler table and chairs which have been fine but after this winter noticed some rust on the chairs so my husband rang kettler to find exact paint match but we’re told that they were still just within the 5 year warranty would we send pictures of problem , that done were told they would replace the chairs no problem and take damaged ones away, this was all dealt with in less than a fortnight no quibbles what a fantastic service, nice to know there are some honest companies out there.

Unfortunately one of the covers for the Palma chairs was faulty. It was easy to fill in a warranty claim online and the replacement arrived in a matter of days
