Excellent customer service. I was amazed to not only get through quickly to Kettler itself but also to Neil in the Fitness/Sport Dept. He was very helpful and friendly. A treadmill I bought 3 yrs ago stopped working due to me not oiling at all and it is totally fixable. Very impressed. Thank you so much.

The table is very good although it wasn’t easy to put together. I would advise using the video from the get go. We started by trying to follow the paper instructions that are not clear once we got onto the YouTube video all was better. I’m surprised that there isn’t a service provided to our table together

I like the deluxe panasol but quality and customer service was poor. One of the top rails had a significant dent in it, which we managed to tap it out enough so the runner worked. The kettler badge was upside down and wonky! Where is the quality control? Customer service advised me to take outside a hairdryer and heat the badge and the glue will soften and I can turn it round myself! They couldn’t care less. They refused to offer any goodwill gesture. And a £1500 product!

I am pleased with the service - however less pleased that not all replacement cushion covers are available for discontinued lines like Madrid.

After several years and eight replacements of our table and bench, Kettler eventually agreed to replace it with a different table and bench type. This was last year. The finish of the table was not good, the paint had run in between the panels and the edges of the panels hadn't been painted anyway. Feed up by now I thought sod it, I'll keep it. You then have to buy a water-resistant spray for it which I applied twice as instructed. And, as instructed was told NOT to cover it as "it needs to breath". The colour is now terrible so now I have to buy a colour remover to get the remaining bits off and buy the colour to reapply. It's not a year old! Even this questionnaire is poor - I have made numerous phone calls and emails. The staff who I have spoken to have always been courteous, polite and as helpful as they can be. But try speaking to Manager. So the staff have to say I'm sorry that's what I have been told to say. Appalling. This email inviting my review arrived today ten minutes after an email saying my order has been dispatched. What order? I ordered the remover and restorer over three weeks ago and it arrived a few days later. So why did I get a "just dispatched" email this morning? This just about sums up this company

I needed to replace the rubber feet on my chairs but could not find them on the website. I used the contact form and the link was sent very promptly. I placed an order which arrived very quickly. I think the replacement feet are better than the originals!

Had purchased garden table and chairs from a local garden centre and read about recommended protection product. Checked on line, discovered the correct water based product, ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and application even easier! Pleased? Yes!

great product and on time delivery too. the crosstrainer is well made and a good variety of exercise options. the flywheel weight is about right but for a heavier user like me 20kg would be better. overall well pleased

The table tennis table is fantastic. It arrived with a broken wheel, but I was able to fix it within 30 mins. At such a bargain price for a refurbished table, I can't complain.

Have had many kettler products with no problems, so purchased Palma casual dining set.. Although out of warranty period I contacted customer services as our table has bowed in the middle. As at the time of noticing it we were about to move, so more pressing paperwork was top of our list.. No help from CS just 'sorry out of warranty but you can purchase another table full price'... Not even an offer of a discount! If they bow in the sun why would I buy another 'garden table'.. My next purchase will not be Kettler..

Have not used this as yet as the cleaner and restorer I need to use before this is still out of stock ! Nearly a month now can you advise when this will be in stock please

We are sorry for the delay in having the product you need in stock. We are expecting a shipment of our cleaners and protectors to arrive late February/early March so they will be on the website very shortly after.
