Best customer service we have ever had. I noticed that the paint on the back panel of our chairs was lifting and they were starting to rust (four years old). I sent an email in, got a reply within a day or so and without any further questions Kettler approved the claim and sent through a new set of chairs. After this experience I will never buy another brand. Really impressed.

There was a problem with the coating on the 2016 steel mesh furniture. My table was swiftly changed last year and my six chairs this year. The rust was visible on photos and, once these and proof of purchase was sent, Kettler changed all items promptly and with no fuss. Excellent customer service!!

They immediately agreed to replaced a complete set of 6 garden chairs as they couldn't match our set when only 2 had started to rust.

The replacement which arrived was also damaged. Still waiting for 2nd replacement. This is now approaching 3 months from when we originally raised the issue of rusting with John Lewis

A damaged garden sofa was delivered to me. Kettler acted very promptly to have it replaced and the damaged one removed. The After Sales Service was excellent.

We purchased a companion set complete with matching cushions and parasol. The table had a hole to accommadate the parasol. The item went rusty and we claimed on the 5 year Kettler guarentee which Kettler accepted as faulty. On speaking to the customer service advisor they agreed to replace the item but the replacement would not accommadate the parasol so we asked if they would provide a parasol base to overcome this problem as a gesture of goodwill and to make the replacement like for like. They refused so we were left with a parasol which we could not use with the replacement set. Kettler referred us back to Notcutts where we had purchased it from who agreed with us the need for a base and discussed the matter with Kettler without success. The outcome was Notcutts provided us with a base as a token of goodwill. For customer service Notcutts 10 Kettler NIL. We will not be purchasing Kettler products in future.

Quality furniture. Simple online system for reporting fault. Replacement arranged promptly.The only difficulty was the contracted delivery company, which let me down 3 times.
