My Kettler garden chairs started to rust after 3 years, well within the warranty. I contacted Kettler who were so helpful, excellent service, a week later I received 4 replacement chairs. a very happy bunny

Inquired about replacement arms for chairs that had corroded and was told that under the warranty the whole chair would be replaced.

Quick and efficient response to our claim, which was accepted by Kettler without argument. The replacement items arrived as scheduled, with the returns being taken at the same time. Well organised company.

Excellent customer service and delivery company. My complaint and exchange of garden chairs was dealt with within a week. I have written to Mr Paul Bevington, the MD of Kettler U.K. I wish all companies were like this.

Kettler did not resist our claim that the product ( garden chair) was showing signs of rust less than 12 months after we had bought it.

We have had a Novero Swing seat replaced 3 times under 5 year warranty due to rusting on seat grid -- excellent service .
