“Brought an outside L sofa and fire pit table last year. Absolutely love it and 100% worth the money when buying from Kettler. Delivery was faster than expected too which was great as we had to wait for what we wanted to be back in stock! Would highly recommend.”

“We purchased the Palma wooden top table which bubbles if a glass is put on it. We use coasters but this isn’t good enough you have to use bigger mats or a table cloth which ruins the look of the table. Love the seating though.”

“I received a parasol with solar lights which did not work. I was provided with a replacement part which did not solve the problem. Felt I was getting nowhere when I was contacted by a very nice guy who finally sorted a replacement for the whole unit. It was collected and delivered with times provided. So it was a bumpy start with a smooth finish and I love the parasol😂”

“I ordered table chairs and umbrella. Delivery was very prompt on arrival one of the cushions for the chairs was the wrong size. I rang customer service and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged for a replacement to be sent. This arrived next day excellent service and quality product. Would certainly recommend.”

“The egg chairs we ordered are fantastic we got a single and double one. Very happy with quality very sturdy my granddaughter loves them. I know they were late been delivered however I was kept informed of the situation.”

“Very good cover just a little awkward to get over the fire pit, a couple of millimetres bigger around the fire pit would make it so much easier. The water also pools on the top which could easily be fixed if the sides from the fire pit where shorter and the cover the sloped to the outer edge. (See picture)”

“The Palma patio set we purchased is of great quality and is so much better than many others that we have seen for sale elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for. Our friends have commented as to how comfortable the seating is. We are very pleased with our purchase and have a 3 year warranty as well.”

“Bought a set of 2 garden chairs and low table from a garden centre near Nottingham. The chairs are comfortable to sit in, and can stay out of doors all year. The quality of the set is backed up by a generous warranty. Very happy with my purchase.”

“We bought Kettler patio furniture which was expensive but good quality. The only issue we have is aftersales has been extremely poor. The adjusters on the base of the stools continually fall off. We have spoken to the supplier who informed us to speak to Kettler direct. Kettler thanked us for the response but after a month they have not contacted us to resolve the problem. As Blondie said we are still hanging on the telephone.”

“Recently purchased a very lovely Panalsol Pagoda through one of Kettler’s outlets (Cambridge home and garden) Really pleased with product, it adds a relaxing look and feel to our garden, quite straight forward to construct and the umbrella folding away when not needed is a clever touch. Not the cheapest item we have purchased for our garden but still that said worth every penny.”

“I bought an expensive Kettler Parasol A small plastic component failed mainly due to "operator error"!!!! Although it was not their fault they took a replacement from a stock item and despatched it free of charge the same day!!! In the end it is always cheapest to buy the best!!! We all need to think hard about the life of products we buy to help reduce emissions”
