“Wanted to order a pair of garden chairs but it wasn't clear on the website if the price was for a single item or a pair. Contacted Kettler and received a very quick and helpful response from the Customer Service Manager confirming the price was for two chairs. I place an order the same day and received the chairs 5 days later. Very impressed by the helpful customer service, the speed of delivery and the quality of the chairs.”

“Furniture is a nice design. Delivered quickly. Only criticism is the furniture as pictured does not have screws on the chairs which was reason I picked it but when arrived it clearly has screws showing, which is disappointing and false advertising. The sofa also had a slight scuff on it but I wasn’t going to go through hassle of sending back.”

“We have had other Kettler garden furniture for almost 10 years. Quality is always worth paying more for. We ordered another brand at lower cost but after a couple of weeks found faults and returned it to the supplier.”

“Weve had Kettle metal powder coated garden furniture for over 10 years. Its not the cheapest furniture out there but in my opinion its probably the best. Had to recently buy new plastic feet for the chairs. But for 10 years you cant grumble.”

“I enquired about replacement cushions in January this year for our Kettler garden furniture. The response was yes we can supply and an order was placed to provide these in February or March. I chased this up near to that time and was told that there was a delay and they would be supplied in mid may, again I chased near to that time and was told that would be in stock in July. I chased again yesterday with their sales team, only to be told that it it would now be the end of year. To get this wrong once is understandable, to get it wrong so many times is totally unacceptable.”

“We needed a replacement set of cushions for our Palma set.(mice had got into the storage box over the winter and wreaked havoc) initially we tried for replacements via the garden centre with no success. I then went direct to Kettler, they could not have been more helpful and were able to provide a complete replacement set of cushion covers (regrettably without the foam inserts until the turn of the year) Instead they provided all the information we needed to source elsewhere. Brilliant service, a joy to deal with.”

“We purchased a Kettler Palma Luxe suite 2.5years ago and although still in guarantee (expires Feb 25) the plastic wicker is starting to crack and break. We have also requested new feet for every piece of the suite as the teak has just cracked and split. Have liaised through John Lewis and have been told replacement feet not available until next year and that we have ‘done something’ to the sofa to it to make it split!!! Not sure what two nearly 60 year olds would ‘do’ to damage just the sofa?!?! It’s covered in the winter. Absolutely disgusted with our treatment - although suspect there is a reason they don’t make it anymore?? NOT IMPRESSED KETTLER.”

“The table cover is inferior to my previous one in that it is very thin. I doubt that it will be waterproof. My old one seems to let water through now that I have hd it a while so I don't expect this one to be a good replacement.”
