Rusting chairs replaced twice, the second time when they were almost five years old. This is very good service.

Kettler GB Ltd. have not made me happy at all. If anything I have lost confidence in Kettler garden furniture. we purchased a set over 20 years ago and passed this set onto my son and it is still brand new. BUT!!!! as we have downsized we bought a new set called the Henley range and this is the third set. I believe the company was bought out and promised the same quantity of Thermoguard coating...This is not the case...as they are keep rusting soon after I receive them...I have just received 3 new chairs and a new table....LETS KEEP FINGERS CROSSED!!!!! Not very hopeful..

I have been delighted by my garden table and chairs. But a couple of months ago I noticed that two of my chairs were developing rust. Going on to their website I was reminded that they have a guarantee against rust. I followed the instructions on the website, and within one week I had been sent replacement chairs. Excellent customer service!

Super efficient service. Second to none. My patio table and chairs were showing rust. There was no hesitation in rectifying the problem. Can't fault them. I wish other companies could take a leaf out of their book but unfortunately there are not many around like Kettler. I can only wish them continued success and hope that they go from strength to strength. A BIG THANK YOU

\excellent service , we have had issues with our hard wood patio table cracking, unfortunately it happened twice two years running, but the team at Kettler sorted a new table within weeks and you can only praise their customer service.

What extraordinary service in this day and age. No query or quibble . We had areas of rust appearing on two chairs which were at the limit of the guarantee. Photos sent , receipt submitted and a replacement of all six. Everyone we spoke to could not have been more helpful. I should add that the delivery firm were equally efficient. Excellent.

I had an issue with a Palma Mini Corner Set Table which was quickly and efficiently rectified with the minimum of fuss. The quality of their outdoor furniture is excellent.

We had a Kettler table and six chairs a noticed a little rust appearing on the table and one chair. I called Kettler and was so impressed by their service, which could not have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant. The young lady confirmed the items were still in warranty after (I think) four years and arranged for a delivery of replacements at a time to suit us. These arrived at the agreed time and were perfect. I think this is company is right at the very top for quality, good customer service and would unhesitatingly recommend them and their products to anyone. A pity all suppliers are not as good!

Replacement came very quickly and sent the rusty one back soon after couldn't get my original colour but substitute was acceptable well pleased and thank you Kettler

We bought our Kettler chairs 4 years ago, and on the frame in places the coating was peeling off revealing aggressive rust underneath. We sent photos and a copy of our receipt, and Kettler were very cooperative. They promptly arranged seamless replacement, taking away the rusty itema

We noticed rusty areas on a Kettler Companion Set purchased for us as a gift. We contacted customer service, sent some photos and copies of the receipts and Kettler arranged for replacements to be sent to us (and faulty ones collected) within 2 weeks. Sorted. Thank you.

Our Kettler parasol broke after 11 months. They replaced it without a fuss but it took 2 attempts to get the correct replacement.
