Our corner unit/table covers had perished the website was easy to use I completed an online warranty claim form with simple to use completion and photo attachments. Had a reply within 24hrs and replacement covers delivered within 10days fantastic customer service. Thank you Zak o’connell

Excellent customer service Purchased Round Silver Mesh Table & 4 X Chairs Problem with one of the Table Legs & one Chair was damaged Both replaced once photographs had been submitted Frustrating having to take day off work to accept delivery but had no where for the replacements to be left securely which was offered to me Customer services was very helpful Love the purchase

Garden table top surface pealed and chairs rusted after a year outside, but Kettler replaced them with no fuss. Excellent customer service.

Their customer service is second to none. We have had a patio table and chairs since 2002, left outside uncovered all year round, still rust free, and this is only one of the reasons why we continue to buy Kettler furniture Subsequent furniture seems to have a problem with rust because, I was told, they had to change the formula for the coating. Whenever we have had a problem, Kettler have always sorted it out, and if they cannot replace like for like offer an acceptable alternative. All of our metal garden furniture is Kettler and we will continue to buy Kettler because of the quality.

They replaced, no quibble, three chairs that were five years old and had small rust spots on them. Excellent customer service.

I have been purchasing Kettler products from 2000 and have always been exceptionally pleased with the design and quality. I have several patio chairs and tables all excellent. I would also like to comment on the Customer Service efficiency which is second to none and I have always received 100% satisfaction

Sorry Kettler but the truth is that your furniture is lovely and very comfortable and at this stage appears to be well made. However, the cheap packing materials and method of distribution is extremely poor. Palma Round set delivered with additional recliners, packing on sofas damaged and rattan was ripped. Took a long time to organise replacement of the whole set was advised to take the table apart to be returned yet nothing was wrong with this item. Replacement sent but no table so had to reassemble. Replacement sofas suffered same damage yet again, should be packed individually not two in one box !! Fortunately the delivery team were so bad they had no room for the collection so had to return later in the day allowing me time to make up one good set out of the two bad ones but with a slight colour variance. A modest compensation offered and accepted but would of preferred to have my order correct first time around without all the hassle. You sell a quality product so use better packing materials and delivery people who care as much about the product as you appear to.

When my table started to peel again it was just out of the guarantee by a few weeks, I phoned kettler and they laid it's not a problem and sent me out a new table.

The coating was coming off the chair legs of our patio set.After contacting Kettler all of the chairs were replaced within the month with no quibbles.Excellent after sales.

When we had problems with our 3 year old garden furniture Kettler replaces not just the faulty pieces but the whole set. This was done quickly and without any fuss. Great customer service.
