We Got a set of garden furniture two chairs and a table from a garden center After about 4years it started to rust (it had a guarantee of 5 years)when we got in touch with Kettle the were fantastic the asked us what the mater was they said we will exchange it for another within a few day we had th new one then the took away the older one the service was second to none would definaitly buy from Kettler again.

We noticed a fault on our garden furniture which was two years old. We contacted settler and after sending a photo they agreed straight away a full replacement. As if that was not enough, as this was our holiday home it was hard to agree a convenient time to exchange - but this they did and it all worked smooth as silk I have no problem if a company product has a fault as long as they sort it out. Kettler were exemplary.

Recommend Kettler I have had garden furniture from firm for over 18 years our table needed updating &?it matched my chairs perfectly, I ordered online from Dawson’s garden centre unfortunately it arrived damaged, Dawson’s contacted Kettler who got in touch with me customer services they were so helpful & efficient the table arrived by TNT also praise this delivery firm Danny was also very efficient not only bringing my table but also returning damaged one . Brilliant service from start to finish.

Excellent customer service (prompt replacement and returns), but unfortunate that it was due to rust after only 18 months. Nonetheless, their garden furniture is lovely and they do honour their 5 year warranty.

Service from Kettler has been excellent, the product less so. We are now on our fourth furniture set as 3 previous ones have rusted. In fairness, they did contact me to check if the third set was OK explaining that they had problems with the coating process that had now bee sorted. Having owned a previous set for over 20 years, we purchased this new set on the basis that it lasted so long. Fingers crossed for this set.

Their metal garden furniture is very robust and stylish at the same time. We have loved ours and Kettler has honoured their 5 yr guarantee by replacing chairs that showed signs of rust after 3+ yrs without any fuss. They organised replacements within 2 days and collected the old ones. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Found rusting on metal garden arm chairs. Shouldn’t really happen to quality furniture if looked after as per guidelines but I sent photographs and received a replacement in 3 days .Thank you Kettler, Zak and co. Hope R&D iron out the rusting issues!

Two chairs showed signs of rust and the problem was acknowledged immediately and arrangements made to replace these. The service I received from calls to Kettler have been unsurpassed and a credit to the company. Every member of staff who answered the calls could not have been more helpful and responded politely in a business focused way. Even the music played, when on one occasion the helpline was engaged, was pleasant and not too loud.

Had the exact part required, easy to find reasonable price and quick dispatch. Couldn't fault and has now resurrected our Go-Kart to the joy of our young lad.

Their customer service was quick, efficient and polite. We had an issue with our table 6 months in and in no time at all they had a replacement sent at no cost or hassle. Very impressed.

We had a problem with the table, customer service were very helpful, following their advice we had caps for the screws delivered. When that didn’t work we were given a new table. Would buy from this company again.

We have had Kettler garden table and chairs for many years. The furniture has lived outside 52weeks of the year. I found 1cm of rust on the back of a chair in the Autumn so I put the furniture inside for the winter. Garden centre gave me Kettler contact, ordered touch up paint. This was delivered very quickly and I have just used it. Very easy and hopefully the furniture will go on for many more years. Excellent service and I tell everyone to buy Kettler garden furniture. Just waiting for the weather to improve to use it!
