I enquired about replacement cushions in January this year for our Kettler garden furniture. The response was yes we can supply and an order was placed to provide these in February or March. I chased this up near to that time and was told that there was a delay and they would be supplied in mid may, again I chased near to that time and was told that would be in stock in July. I chased again yesterday with their sales team, only to be told that it it would now be the end of year. To get this wrong once is understandable, to get it wrong so many times is totally unacceptable.

We needed a replacement set of cushions for our Palma set.(mice had got into the storage box over the winter and wreaked havoc) initially we tried for replacements via the garden centre with no success. I then went direct to Kettler, they could not have been more helpful and were able to provide a complete replacement set of cushion covers (regrettably without the foam inserts until the turn of the year) Instead they provided all the information we needed to source elsewhere. Brilliant service, a joy to deal with.

We purchased a Kettler Palma Luxe suite 2.5years ago and although still in guarantee (expires Feb 25) the plastic wicker is starting to crack and break. We have also requested new feet for every piece of the suite as the teak has just cracked and split. Have liaised through John Lewis and have been told replacement feet not available until next year and that we have ‘done something’ to the sofa to it to make it split!!! Not sure what two nearly 60 year olds would ‘do’ to damage just the sofa?!?! It’s covered in the winter. Absolutely disgusted with our treatment - although suspect there is a reason they don’t make it anymore?? NOT IMPRESSED KETTLER.

Excellent customer service from Kettler, an issue with one of the cushions on my new outdoor suite was quickly and very efficiently handled by a lady called Kat in after sales service - otherwise delighted with the product

The table cover is inferior to my previous one in that it is very thin. I doubt that it will be waterproof. My old one seems to let water through now that I have hd it a while so I don't expect this one to be a good replacement.

It was a tiny purchase - a set of relacement feet for a bistro chair. the was handled excellently. how grand that a big company covers the little jobs well.

Bought a kettle recliner chair 2 to 3 years ago about £800 reclining chair mechanism now rusty chair does not recline I know of a nursing home in Exmouth with same problem 2 chairs. As we do not have proof of purchase kettler will not replace. Save your money do not buy a recliner extremely disappointed.

We had purchased the Siena mesh chairs a couple of years ago and, athough it states that the chairs can be left out all year, we did store them in the winter. On getting them out recently we noticed all the coating was cracked and peeling off. I contacted Dawsons World who we had purchased them from as there is a 3 year warranty on the product and they contacted Kettler on our behalf. We received an email directly from Kettler within a few days to confirm that all the chairs would be replaced. We felt this was excellent service and cannot fault our experience. Hopefully the new chairs will not have the same problem. Thank you Kettler for an excellent service.

Superb garden set and protective covers. The furniture is light and easy to move. It is good quality and simple to assemble. Covers are good strong material and fit well.

Spent over £50 on repair products for my outdoor table. Despite being recommended by the Sales team to puchase the products the colour does not match the grey colour of the table, and now looks an awful yellowish colour. Either I got a bad batch or the repair products are misleading.
