I bought the 3 by 4 metre parasol. It is beautifully engineered. The only thing I don’t understand is the central speaker/light system. For me, it’s superfluous and would have preferred it to have been an optional extra. Also, it seems that you have to remove the system each time you close the parasol which is a faff. Overall, I am very happy with the product and am looking forward to some sun!

The Copper Pendant Patio Heater is made to a lovely quality but the power lead is too short and we now have to get an electrician to fix this problem.

All outdoor furniture is way overpriced, especially single items, so would only buy in a sale of at least 50% off. Purchased Palma day bed which seems well put together and good quality. Delivery packaging is very good, so at least stuff arrives in the expected state.

Kettler Palma Day Bed. From ordering to delivery was very quick. Delivery partner placed it where I wanted it and were very pleasant. Nice to be able to buy something that doesn’t need to have some kind of assembly once it arrives. Only downside was that a bolt was missing from the centre armrest/table. I contacted aftersales and sent a picture of an identical bolt. Kettler identified it and sent me a bolt by first class post the next day. I also purchased the rain cover and with the incessant rain and very strong winds I think that was a good idea. The cover has vents on the sides which allows the wind to escape and stops the cover ballooning and trying to fly away. Excellent product and service, thank you Kettler.

Kettler responded well when something went wrong, replying to messages and sending a quite big spare part. The instructions could be improved. Two lengths of bolt are supplied but the instructions don't say which should go where. And the table legs have holes on one side only for fixing a crosspiece. Not mentioned in instructions. These holes need to face *inwards* so the next piece can be bolted on. (I did this wrong and had to reassemble.)

Customer very helpfull on the telephone. Order despatched quickly when it was in stock, I think it was 2 days. Delivery was quick as well.

I had an issue with a kettler product that I purchased via John Lewis. In life you genuinely find out how good a company is when you have an issue. After posting a review online a lovely gentleman from Kettler contacted me directly and successfully sorted out the situation turning an unhappy customer in this a happy one. Cover fits perfectly. Would have given 5 Stars if the product was 100% correct as advertised. The cover came without the 'Draw string/toggle to secure cover' Kettler cusromer service were very good and kindly resent but unfortunately the same issue. I gave up and instead just placed a decorative stone on the table to hold the cover down during light winds. Please see photo attached where I have added a red arrow pointing to clear illustration the 'Draw string/toggle to secure cover', from the storage bag.

Kettlers is an excellent firm to deal with. They acted promptly with great politeness and were exceptionally pleasant to talk to as well as the kindness of their emails. I have to say this was greatly appreciated in an age where good manners do not seem to matter anymore. As a ps, my replacement table was delivered ten minutes early of their expectation which was on Easter weekend, battling through the M25 and M20!! Yes I am well pleased.

This was a repeat purchase as we have been very pleased in the past. Very quick and efficient service. The only issue was the size of the box the corner unit was delivered in. It caused a massive headache as it wouldn't fit through any of the doors or gate, requiring it to be lifted over the fence by 3 burly men at great effort. Otherwise great.

Good discounted price. Excellent delivery service. Product was easy to assemble. States 4 people, but 2 is sufficient. Well packaged , no damage. Simple instructions. Happy with Product. Will need to see how it weathers.

The product was fine but I won't order agaon from Kettler because you use TNT as your delivery partner. Waiting in all day for something that doesn't arrive and no way to get updates is tedious and unprofessional.
