“What extraordinary service in this day and age. No query or quibble . We had areas of rust appearing on two chairs which were at the limit of the guarantee. Photos sent , receipt submitted and a replacement of all six. Everyone we spoke to could not have been more helpful. I should add that the delivery firm were equally efficient. Excellent.”

“We had a Kettler table and six chairs a noticed a little rust appearing on the table and one chair. I called Kettler and was so impressed by their service, which could not have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant. The young lady confirmed the items were still in warranty after (I think) four years and arranged for a delivery of replacements at a time to suit us. These arrived at the agreed time and were perfect. I think this is company is right at the very top for quality, good customer service and would unhesitatingly recommend them and their products to anyone. A pity all suppliers are not as good!”

“We bought our Kettler chairs 4 years ago, and on the frame in places the coating was peeling off revealing aggressive rust underneath. We sent photos and a copy of our receipt, and Kettler were very cooperative. They promptly arranged seamless replacement, taking away the rusty itema”

“We noticed rusty areas on a Kettler Companion Set purchased for us as a gift. We contacted customer service, sent some photos and copies of the receipts and Kettler arranged for replacements to be sent to us (and faulty ones collected) within 2 weeks. Sorted. Thank you.”

“We purchased 2 Kettler chairs and a table 5 years ago through John Lewis. The table is absolutely fine but 2 years ago both chairs started to rust on the arms. They were replaced by Kettler through JL. A few weeks ago the two new chairs developed the self same fault in the same place and have been changed again by Kettler. Needless to say we are very pleased with the service. That said I do feel there may be an inherent problem with the chairs. 4 chairs all with the same fault in the same place in the same time scale!! I trust the new ones last longer or I will really be testing Kettle’s customer service looking for a further replacement.”

“There is a 5 year warranty on the garden furniture. I needed to use this with just a few weeks remaining and was expecting to be "fobbed off". Kettler were fantastic - the replacement service was prompt and I was kept updated on timings. BTW I have some older Kettler garden furniture that is like new after nearly 20 years.”

“We ordered 6 kettler chairs to go with our Kettler garden table approx 4 years ago. After 2 years the chairs showed signs of rusting and Kettler changed the chairs after I sent photographic evidence of the problem. A further 2 years later the rust appeared again on the replacement chairs and again Kettler changed the offending chairs with no questions asked. Apparently Kettler have improved the finish of their garden furniture and have assured me that the problem is sorted. I hope that is true. I am very happy with Kettlers after sales service”

“Great garden table/chairs and umbrella .design good.Quality let’s Kettler down .Both arm chairs suffered the same peeling of paint on the arms despite being stored undercover .Complained and received two new arm chairs eventually .Good customer service regular updates.”

“We had bad experience with their metal garden furniture, with it rusting badly within 12 months. Despite several exchanges over the years,, the problem remained. Kettler were very good at honouring their guarantee promises, but we eventually agreed to have furniture from another Kettler range. Even so, the resin top of the table warped during last winter and has had to be exchanged. I rate them good from the way they handled my issues, but not from their products.”
