I needed a replacement table and 4 chairs as mine had all rusted - the guarantee was for 5 years and Kettler replaced them all as promised. The staff I spoke to were polite and kept me informed at all times. The delivery was on time and the delivery men rang to let me know they were only a few miles away. I was very impressed with the service I received and I adore my garden furniture. Thank you Kettler.

The furniture is comfortable and sturdy. On the surface, it’s good quality. However, we received chipped chairs and the table started to rust slightly after just a few weeks. The table is now replaced but we’ve now received 6 replacement chairs, all of which have been dented or chipped on arrival. It’s been a shocking experience and we’re still waiting for another set of new chairs, months after originally purchasing the set. I would never purchase a Kettler product again.

I contacted Kettler to make a warranty claim in July. The staff were extremely helpful & efficient & after submitting photos & details of the garden furniture which hadn’t lasted as long as the warranty stated I was give a replacement, which arrived promptly on the date they stated. The whole procedure exceeded my expectations! I would like to send a very big Thank You to all the staff who dealt with my claim.

After a frustrating few days, my chairs were replaced after a two week delay, but the delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed of the time they would arrive. The chairs are lovely, thank-you.

Our Palma table had a slight dip in the middle which only noticed when it had rained as water collected there. We sent photos of this to Kettler via email from our stockist and within a week it had been replaced with a new one with no fuss. Amazing customer service

Had a problem that was resolved quickly, efficiently and hassle free. Staff were very pleasant and informative and replacement furniture was despatched/delivered as soon as I had provided the relevant details. Have used Kettler garden furniture for more than 20 years without problems and will continue to do so in the future after the way they responded to this isolated issue. Well done. Quality product, quality service.

Phoned retailer to report rust on garden furniture within guarantee period. Sent photos and that was immediately reported to Kettler , who quickly arranged delivery of replacements, without quibble.

I have owned around 18 Kettler garden chairs over the years and always been super impressed with the quality and durability - hence why I was so surprised this time at the one chair rusting so quickly. The response form your team was quick and supportive - shouldn’t happen, we will replace. Things were handled efficiently and without fuss. A great example of a problem, handled well, actually enhancing customer loyalty rather than destroying it. Many thanks. Gareth

Kettler replaced my garden furniture when we notice rust areas had appreared on 2 chairs and the table. Kettler replaced all 6 chairs and the table within 2 weeks. Excellent service, no fuss, a delight to deal with.

We bought some garden furniture from Kettler (table and chairs, plus parasol) which were delivered on time and look lovely in our garden. The items are weather-proof and of good quality. Unfortunately the parasol broke a year on but Kettler replaced it very quickly and efficiently after requesting a photo of the broken item. We now have a new parasol and we are very happy with the service.

Submitted a warranty form wiith photos for a Siena bench which was displaying signs of rust at only 15 months old. Replacement provided with no hassle although it did take a couple of phone calls from me to determine what was happening and when delivery could be expected.

One of our Siena chairs had a minor problem at one year old. Realistically nothing structural or decorative, just a comfort issue. Discussed it with after sales, supplied photos and proof of purchase. Chair replaced with no Quibbles promptly. Thank you Kettler for restoring my faith in British retail customer relations.

No quibble about replacing a garden table. Asked for photos which I was happy to provide, my only slight niggle was the length of time they took from my initial complaint to actually delivering the replacement. Happy to recommend though.

We purchased a Kettler table and 4 chairs we were very happy with them unfortunately one of the chairs had some paint come off,whilst we have had nearly 2 years I did expect them to last longer than that. I called Kettlers customer support and explained the problem,the young man was extremely helpful and asked if I could send a picture of the problem and he would look into it, I did that and sent it to him. He informed me a couple of day's later he had put this through to warranty and after providing proof of purchase I was sent a new chair. I felt it was dealt with quickly with no stress to me and I am a satisfied customer. Thankyou Kettler and please thank your man for his help
