One of the chairs in our garden set had rusted, completed an online form very easily and organised a replacement set very quickly, excellent service and was kept updated throughout process.

We were disappointed when for the third time, either our chairs, stool, recliners and dining table all started to rust about a year or so after purchase. On each occasion Kettler swapped them out with no argument. On the Last occasion, the recliners, the table and the dining chair were all faulty. Kettler arranged a complete swap, and even gave us a larger table to replace the faulty one with no extra charge whatsoever. Over and above I'd say! We were very satisfied with the service and hope that all will be well this time with the goods lasting for their full 5 year warranty. Well done Kettler.

We purchased 6 chairs, rectangular table , seat cushions, parasol and base approx. 3.5 years ago. All six chairs rusted terribly and Kettler have been excellent. All six chairs replaced without any question as apparently it had been a specific batch although our table had been fine. As they had been discontinued, six alternative chairs were ordered along with corresponding cushions and when our chosen colour had been changed, we were kept up to date and given the option to wait for new grey cushions to come into stock. Seeing as we had the parasol, we decided to wait. We have been kept up to date over a number of months and they did not forget about us. No matter who we spoke to, customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase Kettler again and highly rate their products and service.

We have had problems with rusting on our garden furniture, all within the 5year guarantee period. Kettler understood the problem, explained that a particular batch had this rusting. With out any hesitation offered a complete replacement. Our particular range was no longer available, Suggested we choose from 3 different styled chairs, although being more expensive , the 4 chairs were replaced, complete with a new patio round table. We could not have wished for a better service, the After Sales adviser kept us updated at all times. A credited employee to Kettler.

After I noticed a rusty appearance on my Kettler Sienna 2 seater bench, I was very concerned and having discussed with my local stockist how to begin the complaint system, I followed the guide on the Kettler web site, attached copies of the receipt and photos of the damage. The next day I received a acknowledgement of the receipt of the email complaint form. the following day, an acceptance that the complaint was to be upheld, The new piece of furniture was delivered less than a week after the complaint, and the defective piece taken away the next day. I was impressed by their efficiency. I have several other pieces of Kettler garden furniture, these do not currently have any problems. Also a set which I purchased for my son about 14 yrs ago is still fine and rust free.

We bought a metal garden set 3 years ago which started rusting. With out any quibbling they promptly replaced the set with a new set

I have been buying their garden furniture for a number of years and am very happy with the quality and durability. They are one of the few companies not to have cheapened their products in recent years. One set of garden chairs and table dates back to 2006, still in everyday use. On the one occasion a chair did develop some rust, their customer service was exemplary. They sent a courier to collect it within a few days and replaced it with a completely new set under guarantee. I don’t know of many companies who would be so amenable these days! Please keep up the excellent work.

We had a problem with furniture in guarantee. Contact was made and furniture was replaced. Customer Service excellent and delivery of new furniture came when expected, thank you Kettler

The process was well handled from a Kettler perspective, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the courier TNT, who failed to deliver with no notification wasting 12 hours of my time. The Kettler service team, were super responsive and apologetic, which was appreciated.

In less than a year we noticed metal chairs going rusty and contacted the garden centre where we had bought them. After submitting receipts and photographs of the rust the garden centre put in a warranty claim to Kettler under their 5 year guarantee. Kettler quite quickly responded, just over two weeks later and offered us a choice of replacement chairs as the ones we had were discontinued. I particularly liked the way that Kettler phoned me and were very honest about the problems they had experienced and how they had invested heavily to ensure no repeats on recently made items. The replacements have now arrived and await better weather before I unwrap them. The courier that Kettler used were excellent and I don't think I have ever been so well informed about delivery times, I received countless emails and text messages each time relating separately to the collection and delivery which in fact happened together. My neighbour has a set of table and chairs which have also rusted so I have told them about this excellent customer service.

We noticed a rust patch on our Kettler bench which had been outside this winter. Kettler speedily and pleasantly replaced the bench and cushions with brand new. The new bench was delivered on time. All in all an excellent service

We had 6 chairs which showed signs of rust after 2 winters. I had an immediate response to my e mail and they explained the problems they had been having which weren't confined to certain batches. As an exact replacement wasn't available we had the choice of 2 very similar styles which are the same shape and just as comfortable. Delivery could have been almost immediate but to suit our commitments we had them delivered about a week later. We were given a 2 hour time slot and the carriers arrived within the time slot allocated and efficiently unpacked the new chairs and packed up the faulty ones. We received excellent customer service from Kettler. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who respond so positively to a problem and rectify it without lots of hassle. I definitely recommend this company and have told several friends already .

I ordered some lubricating oil for our treadmill - it arrived almost before I had finished the order. I would have preferred the option of oil in a bottle like the original rather than a spraycan - maybe that could be considered - I try to avoid aerosol type products.
